Dear Sir/Madam: Return of copy of documents: Application for judicial review; Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje v Attorney General & Crown Prosecution Service. Case no: CO/765/2006
Thank you for your letter of 14 December 2006 in which you returned my documents lodged in support of my application/claim. I would like to draw your attention to the following:
1. I have never requested you to return any documents to me as claimed in your letter.
2. All over the world, documents submitted to the court are kept for future generations and the integrity of the judiciary. Even in thrid world countries, colonial court papers are still there for assessment. If the court is ashamed of its own proceedings and rulings and wishes to destroy them, then the court must do so by itself. I will not be party to that process.
The Civil Appeals Office tried to get me to sign a ‘request for return of documents’ that is not a court form. I did not sign. Your office (the Administrative Court Office) in repeating the same thing, has not even bothered to get me to sign such a ‘request for return of documents’ before returning the court documents to me.
3. I believe the Administarative Court Office has deliberately and repeatedly mispelt my name so as to confuse issues and the court records. All the papers I have sent you (more than a hundred pages) have my surname OVADJE, but your documents have been OVADJA. God bless you.
4. You may recall that at the beginning when I wanted to file my claim and application for judicial review, the Administrative Court Officer stated ‘you cannot sue the Attorney General’ whislt performing masonic rituals.
5. There is nothing new in all these fraud even on behalf of freemasonry. The Bible states in Isaiah 59:14-15 says: And judgement is turned away backwards and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: And the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no judgement.
Judicial fraud even on behalf of freemasons (headed by the prince, Prince Edward) is not new, as the Bible has already stated in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
6. The members of freemasons (and its offshoot the pyrates) in Nigeria murdered my brother Ejoke Ovadje. They shot him in the carotid artery of his neck.He had earlier been invited to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court (ie pervert justice), an offer he refused. His (Ejoke’s) crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the corrupt interests of satanic and masonic elite that loot the oil funds whilst 250, 000 Nigerian children die of malnutrition and poverty related diseases every year and 75% of the population live on less than a dollar a day. This elite murdered at least 10,000 people to ‘win’ the last elections. Not surprisingly, Mr. Jack Straw then Foreign Secretary was the first to congratulate the murderous Nigerian Government. In return, other oil companies are discouraged from the Nigerian oil industry apart from Shell. It is obvious that comparatively, Mugabe is a saint.
7. With all humility, I hereby state that the former Home Secretary Mr. Charles Clarke left me a foreigner (God forbid, supposedly prisoner) to the freemasons. He left office because of foreign prisoners. The leadership of the government condoned masonic fraud against me. You are a witness to the same leadership being investigated for fraud.
My case against the Attorney General is clear, he suppressed a criminal investigation into the freemasonic plan using Ms. Draper to murder me even as she pressed a six-inch blade knife against the carotid artery of my neck (just like they killed my brother). Jesus saved me. It is clear that repetition of crimes is one of the characteristics of freemasonry, even as the Bible states that like death, the wicked are never satisfied
The same Attorney General supressed the criminal investigation by the Serious Fraud Office. Even the OECD is now concerned about the intergrity of the criminal justice system in the U.K. and is investigating these acts that are clearly against the rule of law.
8. You can see that in accordance with the Bible in Psalm 103:6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgement for all that are oppressed. It is not because of my holiness for I am a sinner, but His Grace i.e. unmerited favour. I praise His Holy Name.
9 Accordingly, I have returned my submissions to the court (that you sent to me).
10. I have sent copies of this letter to the Lord Chief Justice and other relevant officials and bodies (both local and international).
