Application to Lord Goldsmith (A.G. of the UK): Metropolitan Police made false disclosure and statement. Will Goldsmith act?

DR. J. A. T. OVADJE

Lord Goldsmith QC
Attorney General of the U.K.
9 Buckingham Gate
London SW1

Dear Sir: Royal Court of Justice at the Strand: Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje v Metropolitan Police & Commissioner. Case no: HQ06X00636.

Application to the Attorney General: allegation of fraud and false disclosure statement and statement of truth by Metropolitan Police (Defendants).

1.In accordance with the law including Human Rights, Act 1998, criminal justice statutes and CPR 32 (see also Part 32 Practice Direction), I hereby notify the Attorney General of the U.K. that the Metropolitan Police and its solicitors, Weightmans Solicitors have committed fraud, malicious falsehood and made a false statement to the court and a false statement of truth.

See Medcalf v Mardell [2002] 3 All ER 721; Kuddus v Chief Constable of Leicester Constabulary [2001] 3 All ER 193 and Cornwall Gardens Pte Ltd v RO Garrad & Co Ltd (2001) Times, 19 June CA.

2. The false statement is that the Metropolitan Police and Weightmans Solicitors notified the court that they were served with the Claim of this case on 05 May 2006 whereas the Claimant served the Defendants by way of first class post on 19 April 2006 hence the deemed date of service is 21 April 2006.

3. I believe this deliberate and malicious act of the Defendants was to fraudulently deny their liability under the Human Rights Act 1998 i.e. under the one year rule: the meat of evidence in this claim happened on 23 April 2005. Since claims under the Human Rights Act 1998 can be brought only within one year of event, the Defendants sought, acted pusued a course of conduct to deceive the court and profit from falsehood.

4. I have enclosed the postal receipts and the statement of the Metropolitan Police for your attention.

5. Because of the grave nature of these acts, especially considering that the Metropolitan Police are the law enforcers in the United Kingdom, I hereby plead that you should take appropriate action against them.. I believe any less, automatically condemns the U.K. criminal justice system to that of a banana republic of corruption where anything goes.

Statement of truth

I hereby declare that the statements I have made in this case and all its contents are true and I understand that it may be placed before the court.

Signed date: 28/11/06

J. A. T. Ovadje Dr. (Claimant)

Many thanks. God bless you.
Sincerely,
J. A. T. Ovadje (Dr.)
