U.K. Crown Prosecution Service mount false prosecution on behalf of freemasonry

Dear Sir: R (Metropolitan Police (on behalf of freemasons)) v Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje: protest 15/02/06: hearing Westiminster Court 30/11/06.
1. In accordance with the Criminal Procedure and Justice Act 1996, Human Rights Act 1998 and other relevant Acts of Parliament and Common Law: I wish to and hereby request you to produce to the accused (myself, Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje) the reasons for your unlawful and malicious prosecution on behalf of the freemasons and the Metropolitan Police.
2. I have always protested legally and peacefully. On every occasion I carried placards that clearly stated that the terrorist and satanic organisation, the freemasons (and its off-shoot: the pyrates) , murdered my brother Ejoke Ovadje.
3. Ejoke Ovadje was a solicitor in Nigeria. He had earlier been invited to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court, an offer he refused. His (Ejoke’s) crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the corrupt interests of satanic and masonic elite that loot the oil funds whilst 250, 000 Nigerian children die of malnutrition and poverty related diseases every year and 75% of the population live on less than a dollar a day. This elite murdered at least 10,000 people to ‘win’ the last elections. Not surprisingly, Mr. Jack Straw then Foreign Secretary was the first to congratulate the murderous Nigerian Government. In return, other oil companies are discouraged from the Nigerian oil industry apart from Shell. It is obvious that comparatively, Mugabe is a saint.
4. You may recall that on 23 April 2005, the freemasons in cooperation with the Metropolitan Police including Sir Ian Blair the Commissioner, sponsored Ms. Draper: she battered and almost killed me with a six-inch blade knife. The Metropolitan Police refused to investigate because it was a ‘Saturday night’. They refused to even ask for the knife..
The Attorney General Lord Goldsmith and the Crown Prosecution Service, colluded with Ms. Draper, as to pervert justice including concocting a secret and fictitious ‘Ms. Draper’s versions of events’. I complained about the glaring corruption and continued my legal protests against the freemasons that killed my brother.
I instituted a law suit against the Metropolitan Police at the High Court, Royal Court of Justice Strand. In that suit, I stated that the Metropolitan Police (in a campaign of terror akin to Stalinist Russia) repeatedly kidnapped (unlawfully arrested) and imprisoned me fourteen times, for no reason other than I legally protested against the freemasons. I stated that in all the kidnappings and false imprisonments, I have never been charged to court because it has all been fraudulent arrests.
No surprise, the CPS resurrected this false charge from the dust bin in order to enable the Metropolitan Police ‘show something’ in my claim against them. Note that for an alleged offence of protesting on 15 February 2006, the charge was made seven months later in September 2006. It is obvious that the CPS has corruptly forgotten that excessive delay in prosecution (even for a concocted offence) amounts to a breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 and natural justice, see Bell v DPP [1985] 2 All ER 585.
5. The most interesting of all the kidnaps was on 19 April 2006: the Metropolitan Police kidnapped and imprisoned me for trying to serve them with court papers of my claim (against them) at New Scotland Yard. I have wondered why the CPS did not go all the way and prosecute me for serving the police with a court claim on 19 April 2006. If one wants to eat a toad, it had better be a big one.
6. There is nothing new in all these fraudulent prosecutions and harrassment on behalf of the freemasons. Parliaments website confirms that 48% of CPS lawyers are freemaons. The police is rife with freemasonry, so much so that an anti-crime police squad was disbanded for freemasonic corruption that disgraced the criminal justice system of the U.K. (the land of the Magna Carta and Common Law).

The phrase orchestrated manouvers in the dark best describes freemasonry. There is nothing new in all these. The Bible states in Isaiah 59:14: And judgement is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea truth faileth; and he that departeh from evil maketh himself a prey; and the LORD saw it and it displeased him that there was no judgement. As a Christian, I cannot be and refused to be intimidated, for the Bible states in 2 Timothy 1:7: For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
7.It is the choice of the CPS whether to go a step further even on behalf of freemasonry headed by a prince, Prince Edward: the Bible states in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievious desire: so they wrap it up.
8. The Bible states in Isaiah 54:15: Behold they shall sure gather, but not by Me. Whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. No weapon (not even masonic CPS harassment and fraudulent prosecutions) that is fashioned against thee shall prosper. Because of the blood of the Ovadje family that the freemasons have spilled, freemasonry is dead. The big powerful titanic of freemansory must sink, and the only life boat is the blood of Jesus Christ. All glory to Jehovah, the God of Israel, my Protector. Amen.
