Dear Sir or Madam: The anniversary of my sons death; the freemasons in the U.K. killed him by manslaughter and seized his corpse.

1. Sir, the Bible says in Psalm 119 verse 46: I will speak of your will before kings and not be abashed. Once again, I write to you on the real meat of the problem in this country, the satanic secret and fascist cult, the freemasons.

2. In 2000 London U.K., God delivered me from being murdered by the freemasons and pyrates confraternity (an offshoot of the freemasons) simply because I refused to be a member of the pyrates i.e. I refused to be a ‘dog’. I went to Nigeria.

3. In Nigeria, members of the satanic cult freemasons and its offshoot the pyrates confraternity murdered Ejoke Ovadje (my beloved brother). They shot him in the carotid artery of his neck, just a stone throw from the court premises. He was a solicitor, and had earlier been asked to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court (i.e. pervert justice), an offer he refused i.e. he refused to be ‘one of us’.

His crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the interests of members of these cults. Once he decided to run for office, he was warned that his life was ‘protected’ only if he was a mason, as if the Grandmaster of freemasons will not die! (only God gives and takes away life). He refused to join and was murdered. Clearly murder and perversion of justice are part and parcel of the freemasons, just like (despite all the elitist pretensions and failed obscurantism) the mafia. The Nigerian Police (under threats and direction of these cults) refused to investigate and the Nigerian Attorney General looked away. When I returned to the U.K. to see his body, the freemasons (led by Prince Edward who is their Grandmaster, and is a cousin to the Queen) forced the Great Ormond Street Hospital (the premier children’s hospital in the whole world) to seize the body of my son Alex. The staff drove me out of the hospital when I tried to see his body. In my life, I can never forget the haunted look in the eyes of the nurse as they drove me out. Those eyes said: In my life don’t want to do this but I am so scared of being killed or harmed by the freemasons.

This confirms the Bible that the only function of the devil is to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). Moreover, like death, the wicked are never satisfied.

Compare with the Independent of 19 March 2007 (at page 2) report that in Zimbabwe, Mugabe’s secret police seized the body of Mr. Gift Tandare, a political activist. The same police shot him dead. Clearly killing the ‘opposition’ who refuses to be ‘one of us’ and seizing a corpse is not restricted to third world but occurs in the U.K. sponsored by royalty.

5. On 23 April 2005 in London UK, (a freemasonic-planned day of evil i.e. 2-3-4-5, akin to 9-11 of al-Queda), the U.K. freemasons sponsored an assailant who battered me and almost killed me with a six-inch blade knife that she pressed against the carotid artery of my neck, just like the Nigerian freemasons killed my brother. The venue of this crime was Courtland Avenue, Ilford even as my brother was killed less than 20 metres from the court building. Like the Nigeria Police (in the case of the murder of Ejoke Ovadje), the Metropolitan Police (the premier U.K. Police) refused to investigate. Like Mugabe’s secret police, the U.K. police refused to call the ambulance or help me to the hospital. The U.K. police refused to ask for or search for the knife or take any evidence because it was a Saturday night. More than his Nigerian counterpart, the U.K. Attorney General and the Crown Prosecution Service not only looked away, but also actively concocted a secret and fictitious version of events so as to shield my assailant.

6. The Bible states in Ephesians 6:12: for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So the enemy is not the human being (freemason) but satan and its demons that use him as a pawn and freemasonry to try to achieve its evil purpose for the world. Satan knows no physical boundaries only spiritual lines. On the deceit of freemasonry in recruitment by false promises, see 2 Peter 2:19: while they promise liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. Thank God for Colossians 2:10: ye are complete in Christ Who is the Head of principalities and power.

Spiritually, freemasonry, slavery and apartheid belong to the same demon (satanic spirit): that says the life of another human being (created by God like you) is worth less than yours and his life and/or rights can be taken away from him: against God (love your neighbour as yourself) and against country (equality before the law). It involves playing God (trying to determine another man’s destiny); murder and witchcraft i.e. trying to influence another man’s soul (i.e. his mind, emotions, will, intellect and imagination) against God’s will for the him (victim).

7. Finally I hereby state that any satanic machinery of freemasonry, will be destroyed even as the Bible states in Isaiah 41:11: Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive against thee shall perish. (I pray to God not the people but the machinery). Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contendeth with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.

1. The Bible states I will speak of your will before kings and not be abashed (psalm 119:46). The Times of Friday 11th May 2007 states: ‘Police watchdogs (Independent Police Complaints Commission’ have cleared Scotland Yard officers over the Stockwell shooting ….

2. Once again, I wish to state that the scenario is stifling in its rote: the Independent Police Complaints Commission has continued in the characteristic manner of freemasonic fraud:

(a) First the U.K. press (that is gagged by freemasonry) reported (not truly investigated) obvious perversion of justice by the Metropolitan Police of London, U.K.
(b) After much hype, the issue was thrown into the cooler of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) with an illusory promise of some vague ‘further action’.
(c) In a manner consistent with freemasonic fraud, the press has previously repeated the mantra of lowered expectations so much that (God forbid) it becomes the true expectation.
(d) Finally and after another cooler period of prolonged ‘investigation’, the IPCC dipped its toes in the now-tepid water of lowered expectations and deliberately released a report to the public in dribs and drabs, carefully choreographed to coincide with another ‘big story’: last Thursday, to coincide with the Prime Minister’s ‘day’ (the announcement of his imminent departure) knowing the next day as the Chancellor’s ‘day’ (the announcement of his intent to be Prime Minister); all so as to dampen the effect of masonic fraud.
On a previous occasion, the timing of one report of the IPCC was made to coincide with Sir Ian Blair’s (the Police Commissioner’s) holiday. Sir Blair will then ‘abandoned’ his holiday and rushed back in a façade of seriousness that is deadening in its predictability.
(e) Everything returns to ‘normal’ waiting for the next catastrophe. But God is in control. In their wickedness, there is no peace, and they keep rolling from one crisis to the other, as the Bible has declared no peace for the wicked.

3. I listened to this week’s BBC radio programme Question Time, that discussed the credibility of the IPCC re: the police execution of Mr. DeMenezese. It was quite revealing: none of the senior politicians or members of the public stated that they had confidence in the independence of the ‘Independent’ Police Complaints Commission.

The Hon. Minister for Justice said: I am reasonably convinced they would have scrutinised ….probably we can put serious trust in what they (IPCC) have done

Ms. Clare Short (ex Hon Minister): the police systematically lied….I am so uncomfortable there is no reorganisation, it is terribly frightening. With nobody to act, whose fault is it then; no reorganisation, I won’t trust that system

The Tory politician: it disturbs me that the Metropolitan Police were peddling lies. I do not trust the police as much as I would like to.

Kindly note that these statements were made in the British tradition of understatement (when it is really raining heavily, it is a bit of a drizzle), but no one spoke positively of the credibility of the IPCC, not even the Honourable Minister of Justice.

4. The same issue of The Times reported that Mr. DeMenezes was shot eight times: shooting a man eight times (at point-blank range) whilst he is held down by another policeman shows deliberate malice. One shot he is dead, two shots he is more than dead. What are the remaining six extra shots for? Hatred? Malice? To obliterate Mr. De Menezes from the earth?

Last year, the reports stated that Mr. DeMenezes was executed with seven bullets but this year, it is eight. Even the exact number of shots is not clear.
It is worth remembering that the Metropolitan Police executed Mr.DeMenezes after making false declarations that
· They thought Mr. DeMenezes was a terrorist, he was not
· Mr. DeMenezes wore a bulky jacket, he did not
· Mr. DeMenezes did not but a ticket, he had a ticket
· Mr. DeMenezes jumped over the ticket barrier at Stockwell station, a complete lie

The police did not stop DeMenezes whilst trailing him even in his 30 minute bus ride to the station. They shot him at point-blank range, eight times in an underground train with people whilst he sat down and was held down by another officer.. .

Please remember:
· A female witness who stated that the Metropolitan Police intimidated her (as reported in the Evening Standard).
· the mysterious disappearance (and ?re-appearance) of the CCTV recording of the underground station
the Metropolitan Police forged the evidence in the logbook to cover up the execution

5. Last year, the same Metropolitan Police murdered a Nigerian Mr. Ogboru by suffocating him to death (the most painful type of death). Any report from the IPCC?

6. Similar events occurred at the Metropolitan Police anti-terrorist raid at Forest Gate: the police shot a man then falsely tried to incriminate his brother (and give the brother a possible life sentence) by saying it was the brother that shot him. The consequence of these actions was an attempt (thank God it failed) to incapacitate that family i.e. (God forbid) kill one brother by shooting, then (God forbid) unlawfully imprison the other brother for life for murder; then (God forbid) take the life out of the parents for losing two sons at once.

7. Time and again, it is clear that the Metropolitan Police repeatedly kill, intimidate and engage in activities that are criminal in nature, confident of the protection of freemasonry: in the U.K, the police are the hatchet men of freemasonry. In payment for satanic, freemasonic and fascist work, they have been (unlawfully) guaranteed immunity from the law. i.e. (God forbid) 007 status. There would have been fire and brimstone had any other professional group in the U.K. doctors, social workers, and teachers been involved in any activity leading to the death of any person.

The same website shows that 48% of the Crown Prosecutors, 20% Magistrates and 10% of Judges are freemasons, as in a cabal. I believe these statistics are incompatible with the rule of law especially in the U.K. (the land of the Magna Carta) and belong to communist China or the third world, where you must belong to the ‘ruling party’; in the U.K. this is the fascist, satanic party of freemasonry.

8. Please note that most of the investigators of the IPCC are ex-policemen. Both the IPCC and the Metropolitan Police are riddled with freemasonry and (against the law including the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Human Rights Act 1998) refused to confirm the number or names of their senior officials who are freemasons. Consequently, ‘orchestrated manoeuvres in the cloak of darkness’ are the norm. It is a fact: people that make complaints against the police in this country are subjected to harassment and intimidation (see 4 above) including hypnosis; no surprise that majority of the complaints to the IPCC are withdrawn or abandoned.

The Bible states in Isaiah 59:14-15: And judgment is turned away backwards, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

Corruption at the IPCC and in the justice system (even on behalf of freemasons headed by a prince, Prince Edward) is not new, as the Bible has already stated in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

9. I must state my interest:

In accordance with the law, I made an official complaint to the IPCC but the IPCC (on behalf of freemasonry) corruptly refused to investigate and unlawfully (but unsucessfully) asked me to give consent so that the Metropolitan Police can investigate itself! I refused. Till today, the IPCC refused to investigate my complaint.

Thus no man can truly claim to serve God (Bible says No man can serve two masters) or country (patriotism) whilst in freemasonry.

Freemasonry recruits by deception, promising an illusory ‘fruit of the land’ that only God can give, see 2 Peter 2:19: while they promise liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. The overall goal is (God forbid), for satan to enslave the people deceiving them that they become ‘powerful’ as freemasons: a freemason obeys (evil) orders whereas a powerful man never obeys orders but gives orders.

Kindly note that by the Grace of God, this piece is not attack on the individuals. It is about clear institutional reform especially in a country with an unwritten constitution and thereby open to exploitation by a fascist, satanic cult operating as a cabal.

Since we do not trust our own institutions like the IPCC (due to masonic corruption that gives a new meaning to the phrase ‘orchestrated manoeuvres in the dark’), it is no surprise that others do not trust our sustems. It is sad that while the U.K. gave the world laws and the Magna Carta, right now, the OECD, United States and now Switzerland (Sunday Times 13 May 2007) have all questioned the integrity of the justice system in the U.K. are all investigating the actions of this great country.

At the headquarters of the judiciary, Royal Court of Justice, Strand, the court officer told me: you cannot sue the Attorney General whilst performing Masonic rituals in the afternoon.

Please remember that every instance of maladministration of justice by the IPCC (and other institutions) is an indirect sponsorship of terrorism. It tells the young minds (not grounded in the Word of God) that the system is skewed against them, thus increasing the chance they (God forbid) fall prey to terrorist falconers who teach that the only way to extract ‘justice’ is by terrorist bombs etc.

Sir, until the root cause: freemasonry and its inevitable corruption is uprooted, the loss of trust in our institutions will continue; Thanks be to God Who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (I cor 15:57). Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, veiled Muslim women and single parents are easy prey.

12. The Bible states in (Psalms 62:10, 39:6) great men are an illusion, he cannot buy life without end, nor avoid coming to the grave. On the night they murdered my brother (who refused to be a freemason and refused to be corrupt), God in His Infinite Mercy declared freemasonry dead. Christ said it on the Cross it is finished (John 19:30). It is big and it is powerful, but it is the Titanic and is going only one direction, down. The only lifeboat is the blood of Jesus.

13. The Bible says in Isaiah 49 verses 25-26: But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee and I will save thy children And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob. God destroyed first slavery, then apartheid against vested, so-called powerful interests. The same Almighty God will destroy freemasonry.

Thanks be to God Who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor 15:57). Sir the question is: will you allow God to use you as a vessel (to cash the cheque of victory) unto His honour to effect change? Please find a list below:

(a) Firstly, we must remove the fear that intimidates Christians (and others) who want to leave freemasonry. The government cannot abdicate its duty to protect the life of every citizen especially when he is threatened (or feels threatened) because he wants to leave freemasonry, not in the U.K. the land of the Magna Carta and Common Law.
In the seventies Nigeria, my Aunt (who was in her sixties) on becoming a true Christian, ran away from her home for more than ten years because of freemasonic terrorism.
The solution is not in banning freemasonry (that is against Human Rights Act 1998, freedom to associate) but to open the gates (as in the Human Rights Act 1998, right not to associate) and let anybody enter or leave without fear or intimidation. Once the freemasons realise that a member today can leave tomorrow (under government protection) and reveal any evil practices, then the evil practices will stop.
(b) Constitute a public enquiry (parliamentary and judicial) into secret cults including the freemasons, pyrates confraternity and the others. A full, public and detailed investigation of how freemasonry interferes with the life of the government and instututions.
(c) The freemasons and other cults should be compelled to make public all the ways, methods and means of poisoning and harming people, whether physical or otherwise.
(d) The freemasons (& cults) must undertake never to harm anyone with the most senior officials of such cults being held personally responsible for any harm done or suspected to be done to any the public, or to their members that wish to leave.
(e) All cults (and indeed all groups) must maintain an open registry available to the public, on-line and otherwise, showing the names of all members and the offices these members hold, public or private.
(f) Every member must be free to leave at any time. Any member opting to leave should send a notification to the government department responsible for societies and organizations who will note this intent and demand a written letter from the officials of such society confirming that such member has had his/her membership cancelled and is under no obligation to the cult. The officials of the society (Grand Master of freemasons) will be personally responsible for the life and safety of such member who cancels their membership.
(g) A review of all cases of drowning and suspicious deaths or suicides to exclude involvement of secret cults e.g. freemasons.
(h) A ban on all hypnotism whether private or public venues except with the written consent by the victim (hypnotee) and a written identification of the practitioner (hypnotist).
For me, I trust in the Word of God that states No weapon that is fashioned a against thee shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Notice to court: Notice of request for dismissal of prosecution: there can be no prosecution without service of evidence.

In accordance with the law including CPR 1, Human Rights Act 1998 (including access to justice, fair hearing, remedy etc), criminal statutes and other relevant Acts of Parliament, I Dr. Ovadje hereby notify the court of the following:

1. At the last hearing, the court refused to address the issues raised in my letters and Notices filed with the court.

2. At the last (preliminary hearing) of the court, I notified the court that I will not add anything to my letters and Notices that I have filed with the court including:

(a)My Statement that till date, the Crown Prosecution Service has refused to serve me with the evidence for prosecution.

(b) My Notice to the court stating that the court confirm in writing whether the numerous judges (or Magistrates) and court officials handling this case are members of, or related in any way to, or threatened by the freemasons or indeed any other secret cult. Till date, there has been no confirmation.

Considering that 20% of Magistrates are freemasons and the police is riddled with freemasonry even as a police anti-crime squad was disbanded for freemasonic criminal perversion of justice even as the fraudulent acts have continued to be repeated, if there is anything like the rule of law, then the disclosure is a necessity.

3. As a Christian who knows that all power belongs to God, I cannot be intimidated. The Bible states in 2 Tim 1:7: for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of; but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

4. Since the prosecution cannot rely on any evidence that they have never served, then clearly, there is no evidence; and therefore there is no case and there can be no prosecution. Consequently, there can be be no trial and no defence.

In accordance with the law, statutues and natural fairness and justice, I hereby request that the case be dismissed.

5. In the end, the Name of the Lord and only His Name will be glorified. Any system or process like apartheid, slavery, freemasonry etc. that believes in misplaced perception of superiority over other human beings (created by the same God) who can be killed or deprived of their fundamental human rights must fail. South Africa is an example.



6. The Claimant hereby notifies the court of the following.

1. In Nigeria, the satanic cult the freemasons and its offshoot the pyrates confraternity, murdered Ejoke Ovadje (beloved brother of the Claimant). They shot him in the carotid artery of his neck, just a stone throw from the court premises.

He was a solicitor. His crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the interests of members of these cults.

The Nigerian Police (under the direction of these cults) refused to investigate.

2. That in February 2005, the Claimant lived in a house share at 48 Courtland Avenue, Ilford. Another tenant Ms. Draper (on behalf of the freemasons) repeatedly poisoned the Claimant.

The Claimant reported the case at Ilford police station and followed up with letters. The Defendants refused to investigate.

Clearly, Ms. Draper acted with the authority and/or justification and/or excuse and/or protection and/or deliberate acquiescence of the Defendants and their institution, instruments of the state of the United Kingdom i.e. the Defendants tortured the Claimant.

Ms. Draper’s husband had previously boasted even if you report to the police nothing will happen.

Like the Nigeria Police (in the case of the murder of Ejoke Ovadje), the Defendants (the premier U.K. Police) refused to investigate these heinous crimes against the Claimant. They even refused to ask for or search for the knife or take any evidence because it was a Saturday night.

Clearly, Ms. Draper acted with the authority and/or justification and/or excuse and/or protection and/or deliberate acquiescence of the Defendants and their institution, instruments of the state of the United Kingdom i.e. the Defendants tortured the Claimant.

4. In July 2005, at the same Courtland Avenue, the Defendants sponsored Carl (another tenant) to assault the Claimant. The intention was clear, to use Carl’s assault to muddle the case against Ms. Draper and cover up their corrupt actions. They acted to present Ms. Draper’s assault, battery & attempted murder as a ‘community relations issue’. See pages 113-116. But God exposed the wiles of the Defendants.

5. The same Defendants repeatedly kidnapped (falsely arrested) the Claimant and unlawfully imprisoned (detained) him fourteen times. On 19 April 2006, the Defendants imprisoned the Claimant at New Scotland Yard for the ‘crime’ of attempting to serve the Defendants with court papers of this claim.
The Defendant’s intent was clear: they repeatedly kidnapped (unlawfully arrested) & imprisoned the Claimant so as to ‘reduce’ the impact of their unlawful and evil actions and to ‘overload’ the Claimant with fourteen claims all on the same issue; just like in Mugabe’s Zimbabwe.

6. ‘Out of the blue’ the Claimant was evicted from his home at the beginning of this winter. God in His Infinite Grace (unmerited favour) prevented the Claimant from being rendered homeless in winter; He provided rented accommodation and delayed the cold weather until the Claimant had packed to his new residence, a house-share.

7. Following the Defendants track record of repeating crimes in order to muddle issues, the Claimant knows it is possible that the Defendants will organise another ‘Ms. Draper’ (in this new house-share) so as to muddle issues in court and to present a ‘community relations issue’ regarding the Claimant.
For the record:
(a)The Claimant has been entirely reserved with the co-tenants whether male or female, whether white, black or green.
(b) Whereas the co-tenants seem good people, knowing the track record of the Defendants, the Claimant has opted for caution and is as formal as possible. He has said the occasional hello and the occasional very brief talk only on God (and no other issue) with one or two male tenants.
(c)There can be no question of the Claimant entering another tenant’s room or vice versa, whether male or female, whether white, black or blue.
(d) The house is just a stone throw from the court, just as the spot where Ejoke Ovadje (the Claimants brother) was killed, in Nigeria. Ms. Draper (under sponsorship) battered and almost murdered the Claimant at ‘Courtland’ Avenue.
(e) At the Claimants last residence (his own home), the freemasons organised the electricity company to cut off supply in winter, even though the Claimant was not owing a penny. They kept the Claimant in darkness for two months without electricity even though they knew the heating depended on electricity, confirming the Bible in Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Thank God for Col 2:10: Ye are complete in Christ Who is the Head of all principalities and powers.
(e) If the Defendants plan any evil against the Claimant, God will foil such plans even as the Bible states in Isaiah 54:17: Behold they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. No weapon fashioned against thee shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
(f) The Claimant has NO intention of calling the police (the Defendants) UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, even if (God forbid) a tenant or any other sponsored assailant points a gun at him. The assailant will have to call the Defendants by himself (herself) after God destroys such evil attack.
(g) The Claimant hereby states that his trust is in God (not because he is holy, but because of God’s Mercy) even as the Bible states in Jeremiah 17:5: Thus saith the Lord: Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.

The freemasons sponsored my assailant to kill me on 2-3-4-5 i.e. (23 April 2005, akin to 9-11 of al-Queda) and used the Metropolitan Police to cover up any investigation. Since I mentioned in the court form a few months ago that I would intended to call the GrandMaster of the freemasons as a witness, the court has been playing hide-and-seek and thrown the rule of law, Human Rights Act 1998 and CPR 1.1 to the dogs.

2. The underlying factor in all these is the U.K. mafia, the satanic cult freemasons that has perverted virtually every institution in the land. As stated in the Bible, like death the wicked (freemasons) are never satisfied. I read from the newspapers that Lord Falconer and your good self are to investigate the cases regarding the conduct of the judges (their private conduct in their personal life) that were blackmailed by a Brazilian lady. Then I wondered why there was no investigation relating to the widespread judicial fraud that I had submitted to you. To me (and I believe a large segment of the society), the official conduct of judicial officers is very important and their private affairs are not my business.

This situation reminds me of the American Congress and press that attacked President Clinton for a private affair but airbrushed the gross incompetence and lies of President Bush regarding Hurricane Katrina that resulted in the death of people (mainly Black people).

I believe God has allowed all this judicial fraud to happen so that everyman from the Court Clerk to the Lord Chief Justice, each and every person will have to choose the side to belong, whether for good (God) or evil (satan and freemasonry). The higher the level of cheating (even if to the leadership of the judiciary), the more the intensity of the Light of God that will shine and overcome all darkness.

Additionally, I would be grateful if you could ensure that the courts confirm whether the judges and court officers involved in any cases related to me, are members of, related to or threatened by the freemasons. On the deceit of freemasonry in recruitment by false promises to liberate the victim leading to entrapment, see the Bible in 2 Peter 2:19: while they promise liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

UK Magistrate court repeat judicial fraud

Notice of judicial fraud.

1. In accordance with the law including Human Rights Act 1998 (including access to justice, fair hearing, remedy etc.) and other relevant Acts of Parliament, I Dr. Ovadje hereby request that the court confirm in writing that the numerous judges (or Magistrates) and court officials handling this case are not members of, or related in any way to, or threatened by the freemasons or indeed any other secret cult.

2. I make this notice knowing that the basis of this case is freemasonry and its satanic mafia-like evil, including the masonic use and/or intimidation of officials in every institution in the United Kingdom, including regretably, the judiciary and office of the Prime Minister.

3. I have already filed evidence that Parliamentary confirmed that up to 10% of the judges, 20% of magistrates, 48% of CPS lawyers are freemasons. The same enquiry showed a police anti-crime squad was disbanded for freemasonry. Additionally, I filed
the Home Secretary’s statement showing clear concern about judicial fraud by the freemasons.

4. During the last hearing, the new Magistrate (I think the fifth or sixth one) ordered the CPS to serve me with court papers right there in the court room and gave me fifteen minutes to read it and answer legal question. I objected and showed the approved Certificate of Service Form that shows serving a party inside the court room (even without documeentation) is not listed. The Magistrate ruled that the CPS is exempt from the rules of service without giving any legal reasoning or case precedent.

This an improvement (by five minutes) of another judge who (under threat from the British version of the mafia, the freemasons) ordered a party to serve me right there in court and gave me ten minutes to read it and answer questions. A feat worthy of Idi-Amin’s Uganda.

As a Christian who knows that all power belongs to God, I cannot be intimidated. The Bible states in 2 Tim 1:7: for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of; but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

5. Repetition of fraud is one of the hallmarks of freemasonry. On 23/04/05 the freemasons sponsored Ms. Draper to attempt to kill me with a six-inch blade knife that she pressed against the carotid artery of my neck. God saved me even as the Metropolitan Police (under freemasonic duty) refused to investigate. After a few months later, the same Metropolitan Police (under freemasonic direction) sponsored Mr. Carl to assault me, so as to confuse issues of attempted murder with assault!

The intent was to repeat the fraud so much so that it will become the ‘norm’. The Bible has already showed that judicial corruption (even on behalf of freemasons headed by the prince, Prince Edward) is not new, see Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. People have been killed by freemasons but it is all presented as a joke.

6. It is the discretion of the court whether to toss the case from Magistrate to Magistrate and let everyone inflict their own judicial fraud. I have already seen the worst of freemasonry and put it behind me: murder (my brother) and attempted murder (me, twice) and manslaughter (my son) so nothing can be worse.

7. God has allowed all these to happen so that everyman (from policeman, clerk to judge) must choose whether for justice or for judicial fraud. In Isaiah 59:14-15 the Bible says: And judgement is turned away backwards and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: And the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no judgement.

In the end, the Name of the Lord and only His Name will be glorified. Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for decades for speaking against apartheid. In the end, not by violence but by God’s Grace, apartheid was destroyed. He was freed from prison and became president; just like Joseph a foreigner (in the Bible) was falsely imprisoned and rose to become Prime Minister of Egypt. Alleluia. Any institution or process like apartheid, slavery, freemasonry etc. that believes in superiority over other human beings (created by the same God) who can be killed or deprived of their fundamental human rights will suffer the same fate.

8. The CPS and freemasonry want to use this bogus prosecution to distract from the real case against the CPS, their collusion (under freemasonic sponsorship and the Metropolitan Police) with Ms. Draper to attempt to kill me.

If the court refuses to confirm whether the judge and court officials are fremasons, will not give transcripts, does not bother about the sudden appearance of CCTV evidence that never existed, orders ‘serve the accused and let him read it and in fifteen minutes be ready to answer question that was stated as not recorded etc, the court might as well pass a sentence even without a hearing and save the U.K. Treasury the expense of pre-determined trial. Without the guarantees of a true and fair trial, I will not bother to prepare a defence as to legitimise any predetermined judgment. Jesus did not offer a defence against false prosecution.

1.In accordance with the Criminal Procedure and Justice Act 1996, Human Rights Act 1998, Criminal Procedure and Investigation Act and other relevant Acts of Parliament and Common Law, I hereby inform you that you have refused to serve the accused Dr. Ovadje (myself) with the relevant evidence in this case. I believe this shows a disregard for the law that you are mandated and paid to enforce.

2. Even at the last hearing, I stated to the court what you already know, that any evidence served must be fully documented and numbered accordingly, just as every case note in hospital must have a name and number matching the patient.

Unfortunately, the identification and documentation on the alleged video and tape that I have received from the CPS on 18/12/06 (supposedly relating to the events of 7-7 i.e. 7th July 2006 at Kings Cross Station), have no relationship to the identification and documentation on the attached letter. Consequently, I wish to and hereby inform you that you have refused to serve me any genuine, bona fide and legal evidence in this case.

3. As a consequence of your failure to serve me with the evidence on (numerous) previous occassions, the hearing has never taken place, obviously with financial implications for the people of this country.

4. Please consider the non-genuine, unidentified and undocumented ‘evidence’ you have sent as discarded. Unlike previous occassions, I do not intend to bother with the mail costs of returning the unlabelled, unverified and undocumented ‘evidence’ to your good selves. I have not and cannot consider any purported document that may already have been ‘doctored’, has no reliability and is not legal.

You may forgotten that at the initial hearing, the CPS declared that there was no CCTV recording at Kings Cross station on 07 July 2006. Suddenly, like in the execution of Mr. De Menezes by the Metropolitan Police, the alleged CCTV tape (that did not exist) has suddenly re-appeared, albeit undocumented, unlabeled and illegal.

5. I believe it is your choice, to obey the law or not (and mount a false prosecution). In my previous letter, I enclosed the parliamentary report that showed 48% of the lawyers in the Crown Prosecution Service are freemasons (the UK mafia). My own estimate is 90% (because God is alive, it can never be 100%, Alleluia). Is it any surprise or news that your institution is prosecuting me on behalf of the fremasons? (in collusion with the British Transport Police, the same police that tried to poison me with glycol, a constituent of anti-freeze).

I sent you evidence that the Crown Prosecution Service is rife with racism even against its own staff i.e. lawyers (some of whom are freemasons). Clearly if the CPS is institutionally racist and riddled with freemasonry; whereas I am black and a born-again Christian with clearly anti-satanic/anti-masonic views, is it any surprise or news that your institution is falsely, fraudulently and maliciously prosecutiing me on behalf of the freemasons in collusion with the British Transport Police

6. God has already exposed the wiles of the devil, even as the Bible states in Psalm 103:6: the Lord excuteth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. Please find attached, evidence from page 10 of the Sunday Times of 17 December 2006 showing that the British Transport Police has exhibited racism even against its own officers. Furthermore, the report states: on its website, the force (British Transport Police) states ‘we are training our staff to eradicate institutional racism and bigotry in all its forms.’

Clearly the British Transport Police has already admitted to institutionalised racism (and is trying to stamp it out), whereas I am Black and have openly declared my anti-satanic and antimasonic views. No surprise the police officers were so ‘angry’ about my placard that stated the truth “E. Ovadje killed by freemasons”. They decided to lock me up for 24 hours in the land of the Magna Carta, free speech and Common law, just like Nazi Germany. Without investigation to ascertain the veracity of the case and without evidence from any member of the public, the CPS colluded with the police to launch a malicious prosecution against the same public.

It is unfortunate that in the heavy cases, like the execution of Mr. DeMenezes (by the Metropolitan Police) and the racist murder of Stephen Lawrence (Metropolitan Police Officer corruptly took blood money to cover up the investigation), the CPS suddenly developed cold feet. It declared human life (execution of Mr. DeMenezes a “health and safety issue”. Is it because the police is laden with freemasons like the CPS? 7. There is nothing new in all these, repetition of evil is a hallmark of freemasonry. Is it news that the leopard has spots and will keep having children with spots?

In Nigeria, the satanic cult members of the freemasons and its offshoot the pyrates confraternity, murdered Ejoke Ovadje (my beloved brother). They shot him in the carotid artery of his neck, just a stone throw from the court premises.

He was a solicitor, and had earlier been asked to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court (i.e. pervert justice), an offer he refused. His crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the interests of members of these cults. Once he decided to run for office, he was warned that his life was ‘protected’ only if he was a mason, as if the Grandmaster of freemasons will not die! (only God gives and takes away life). He refused to join and was murdered. Clearly murder and perversion of justice are part and parcel of the freemasons, just like (despite all the elitist pretensions and failed obscurantism) the mafia. The Nigerian Police (under threats and direction of these cults) refused to investigate and the Nigerian Attorney General looked away.

On 23 April 2005 in London UK, (a freemasonic-planned day of evil i.e. 23-4-5, akin to 9-11 of al-Queda), Ms. Draper (sponsored by the freemasons) battered me with more than forty blows, repeatedly bit me, and threatened and almost killed me with a six-inch blade knife that she pressed against the carotid artery of my neck, just like the Nigerian freemasons killed my brother. The venue of this crime was Courtland Avenue, Ilford even as my brother was killed less than 20 metres from the court building.

Like the Nigeria Police (in the case of the murder of Ejoke Ovadje), the Metropolitan Police (the premier U.K. Police and sibling of the British Transport Police) refused to investigate these heinous crimes against me. They even refused to ask for or search for the knife or take any evidence because it was a Saturday night. More than his Nigerian counterpart, Lord Goldsmith and the CPS not only looked away, but actively concocted a secret and fictitious ‘Ms. Draper’s version of events’ to shield my assailant.

You can see that the freemasons will repeat even murder and present it as a joke, and as fun, even as the Bible states that like death, the wicked are never satisfied. I destroy that satanic and masonic desire to repeat crimes and make evil the ‘norm’ and ‘acceptable’ in the Name of Jesus (the Name before which every knee, including freemasonic knee must bow). Amen.

8. Whether the C.P.S. likes it or not, freemasonry is dead. God decreed it on the night they killed my brother. It is the biggest and the most powerful cult, just like the Titanic. And like the Titanic, freemasonry must sink. God has allowed all these judicial fraud and tribulations to happen for a reason: that the wiles of the devil and its principal agent freemasonry be exposed. The more the masonic fraud, the more the wiles that will be exposed.

9. I have already seen the worst of freemasonry and put it behind me: murder (my brother) and attempted murder (me, twice) and manslaughter (my son) so nothing more can surprise me.

The intent of the prolonged CPS prosecution without service of evidence after five months is obvious: to try intimidate and harass the victim (of CPS malicious prosecution) even in indefinite ‘release on bail’ for a concocted offence that carries a maximum penalty of fine. But the Bible states in 2 Tim 1:7: for God has not given us the spirit of fear but of; but of power and of love and of a sound mind. A bus could be late on one of the numerous hearing dates so that (God forbid) you can imprison the innocent victim for non-appearance at hearing (condition of bail) for an offence that does not carry imprisonment? My strength is in Isaiah 54:17: No weapon fashioned against thee shall prosper and every tongue that shall rise agaiinst thee in judgment, thou shalt condemn.

10. Just like communist China, in the U.K., my e-mail has been blocked so that I cannot send mail to personalities and institutions both here and abroad (including British institutions funded by the tax payer e.g. MI5). I believe there is only one culprit, the U.K. mafia, the freemasons. Since people only block what they are afraid of, I see this as a sign of fear even as even as my page on the Myspace website (where I detailed judicial masonic fraud) was closed. Truly the pen is mightier than the gun (or knife or other masonic weapon). All the glory to God, through Whom everything is possible.

11. I wondered why the CPS does not arrange my imprisonment directly (just like Saddam’s Iraq) instead of the façade of a ‘trial’. I remembered that the Nigerian freemasons shot my brother in the cloak of darkness. God has put shame in us so that whenever we plan or execute evil against our neighbour, we reach for the fig leaf.

12. Sir, when all is said and done, you will see the hand of God. You may recall that the U.K. Attorney General (Lord Goldsmith) and the CPS not only suppressed the criminal investigation into Ms. Draper’s (freemasonic sponsored) failed attempt to kill me, but concocted a ‘secret and fictitious Ms. Draper’s version of events’. Recently, the same Attorney General supressed the criminal investigation (by the Serious Fraud Office) into the criminal corruption in the al-Yamamah scandal. The OECD is now concerned about the intergrity of the criminal justice system in the U.K. (the land that gave the world the Magna Carta and Common law) and is investigating these acts that are clearly against the rule of law.

13. At the end of the day, the Bible states: for we wrestle not aganst flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers,against rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So the enemy is not the human being (freemasons) but satan and its demons that use freemasons to try to achieve its evil purpose for the world. The greatest weapon of satan is death. In the season of Christmas, it is worth remembering that Jesus Christ (God) was harassed then killed after false prosecution under a judge that did not care for truth; so false prosecution is nothing new. But Jesus Christ destroyed death even as He arose from the dead after being crucified. Thank God for Colossians 2:10: ye are complete in Christ in Christ Who is the Head of principalities and power.

I have filed a copy of this letter (and attached) with the court and sent copies to relevant international persons and institutions including Prince Edward Grandmatser of the freemasons (on whose behalf you can instituted this prosecution). 1. I have never requested you to return any documents to me as claimed in your letter.

2. All over the world, documents submitted to the court are kept for future generations and the integrity of the judiciary. Even in thrid world countries, colonial court papers are still there for assessment. If the court is ashamed of its own proceedings and rulings and wishes to destroy them, then the court must do so by itself. I will not be party to that process.

The Civil Appeals Office tried to get me to sign a ‘request for return of documents’ that is not a court form. I did not sign. Your office (the Administrative Court Office) in repeating the same thing, has not even bothered to get me to sign such a ‘request for return of documents’ before returning the court documents to me.

3. I believe the Administarative Court Office has deliberately and repeatedly mispelt my name so as to confuse issues and the court records. All the papers I have sent you (more than a hundred pages) have my surname OVADJE, but your documents have been OVADJA. God bless you.

4. You may recall that at the beginning when I wanted to file my claim and application for judicial review, the Administrative Court Officer stated ‘you cannot sue the Attorney General’ whislt performing masonic rituals.

5. There is nothing new in all these fraud even on behalf of freemasonry. The Bible states in Isaiah 59:14-15 says: And judgement is turned away backwards and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: And the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no judgement.

Judicial fraud even on behalf of freemasons (headed by the prince, Prince Edward) is not new, as the Bible has already stated in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

7. With all humility, I hereby state that the former Home Secretary Mr. Charles Clarke left me a foreigner (God forbid, supposedly prisoner) to the freemasons. He left office because of foreign prisoners. The leadership of the government condoned masonic fraud against me. You are a witness to the same leadership being investigated for fraud.

My case against the Attorney General is clear, he suppressed a criminal investigation into the freemasonic plan using Ms. Draper to murder me even as she pressed a six-inch blade knife against the carotid artery of my neck (just like they killed my brother). Dear Sir or Madam: Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje v Metropolitan Police and Commissioner. Case no: HQ06X00636. Return of my application of 02/12/06 to the court

Thank you for you note of 18/12/06. Please note the following:

1.In accordance with the law, I filed my application at the court office E16 and it was duly stamped as received by the court on 05 December 2006.

2. My application is quite clear: in accordance with the law, I opted (as stated in the law and in court form N244) that my application should be determined without a hearing. This is the law.

3. Moreover, you have not stated any law that enables the Court Service to stop a legal application even without legal reason. Please note that there is no legal reason for you to return my application after due receipt by the court.

4. There is nothing new in all these repeated acts to ‘kill my claim’. The Metropolitan Police on behalf of freemasonry, kidnapped (unlawfully arrested) me fourteen times without cause; even on 19 April 2006 when I went to serve them with the court papers of this claim. The intent is clear, repeat the fraud so much that it becomes the ‘norm’, just like Mugabe’s Zimbabwe.

Although I legally served the Defendants with this claim on 21 April 2006 (with postal receipts), the court falsely accepted the Defendants fictitious claim that I served them on 05 May 2006.

I note that till date, the court has unlawfully refused to confirm whether the court officers and judges are members of, related to or threatened by the freemasons, even as the case is passed from one to another.

Independent Police Complaints Commission and freemasonic perversion of justice in the U.K

Dear Sir: Independent Police Complaints Commission and (freemasonic) perversion of justice in the U.K.: the Metropolitan Police executed Mr. DeMenezes.

1.Once again, I write to you on the execution of Mr. DeMenezes by the Metropolitan Police.

2.After more than six-months of the execution, on Saturday 09 December 2006, the Daily Telegraph reported that the Independent Police Complaints Commission has cleared Sir Ian Blair (the Metropolitan Police Commissioner) of any misconduct or responsibility.

3. The Independent Police Complaints Commission has in the characteristic manner of freemasonic fraud, released information in dribs and drabs with a question mark at the end.

Once again, I wish to state that the scenario is stifling in its rote:

(1) First the press (that is gagged by freemasonry) report (not truly investigate) obvious perversion of justice by the Independent Police Complaints Commission etc.

(2) After much hype, the issue is thrown into the cooler of the IPCC with an illusory promise of some vague ‘further action’ even as this report stated: Although Sir Ian Blair, the most senior operational officer in the country will not now face the embarrassment of a disciplinary hearing, he and other officers could still face public criticism when Stockwell Two report is published early next year.
….The IPCC will be sending out… letters …to give individuals and organisations, a chance to correct any perceived inaccuracies and put their side.

(3) The IPCC deliberately dribbled this information (after six months of investigation) to the public on a Saturday and during the Russian poisoning crisis & serial killings of prostitutes, so as to dampen the effect.

(4) The IPCC continued the fraudulent and magical illusion even as it warned of some bureaucratic constraints and a possible mild penalty of vague ‘public criticism’.

(5) On the same evening of Saturday 09 December 2006, the BBC reported that the IPCC denied the story that it had cleared Sir Ian Blair of any misconduct. To the trained eye, the apparent confusion is deliberate, to test the water and gently lower expectations.

(6) One can only expect that before the final report, the press (that is gagged by freemasonry) will repeat this mantra of lowered expectations so much that it becomes the true expectation. Finally and after another cooler period, the IPCC will dip their toes in the now-tepid water of lowered expectations and release the final report, again on another weekend (perhaps Christmas or New Year) carefully choreographed to coincide with another ‘big story.’

The last time, the timing was made to coincide with Sir Ian Blair’s (the Metropolitan Police Commissioner’s) holiday. Sir Blair will then ‘abandoned’ his holiday and rushed back in a façade of seriousness that is deadening in its predictability.

(7)Everything returns to ‘normal’ waiting for the next catastrophe. Except God is in control. In their wickedness, there is no peace, and they keep rolling from one crisis to the other, as the Bible has declared no peace for the wicked.

4. The same Metropolitan Police suffocated Mr. Frank Ogboru (a Nigerian) to death, see Evening Standard of 28 September 2006 (page 6). Till today, not a word has been heard from any institution in the U.K., not from the IPCC, not from Parliament or even the civil rights bodies like Liberty. The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police has definitely not offered a word of apology. I believe this shows the premium placed on human life.

5. It is worth remembering that the Metropolitan Police executed Mr.DeMenezes after making a false declaration that Mr. Demenezes wore a bulky jacket. They shot him at close range; an unarmed man who sat down and was held down by another officer. They shot seven times in an underground train with people. One shot he is dead, two shots he is more than dead; the extra five shots only indicate malice.

Till date not a word has been heard even regarding:
-a female witness who stated that she was intimidated by the Metropolitan Police (as reported in the Evening Standard)
-the mysterious disappearance of the CCTV recording of the underground station
- the Metropolitan Police that forged the evidence in the logbook to cover up the execution.

6. Whereas the press gladly report the names of our soldiers in Iraq (who have watched their colleagues die in a war zone) that are being tried for war crimes, in all the cases of police executions, the names of the executioners are never mentioned to the public and no details ever emerge.

7. There is only one reason for this state of affairs. Time and again, it is clear that the Metropolitan Police repeatedly kill, confident of the protection of freemasonry since the police in the U.K are the hatchet men of freemasonry. In payment for satanic, freemasonic and fascist work, they have been (unlawfully) guaranteed complete immunity from the law.

There would have been fire and brimstone had any other professional group in the U.K. doctors, social workers, and teachers been involved in any activity related to the death of any person.

The same website shows that 48% of the Crown Prosecutors, 20% Magistrates and 10% of Judges are freemasons. I believe these statistics are incompatible with the rule of law especially in the U.K. (the land of the Magna Carta) and belong to communist China or the third world, where you must belong to the ‘ruling party’; in the U.K. this is the fascist, murderous and corrupt party of freemasonry.

8. Please note that most of the investigators of the IPCC are ex-policemen. Both the IPCC and the Metropolitan Police (against the law including the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Human Rights Act 1998) refused to confirm the number of names of their senior officials who are freemasons. Consequently, ‘orchestrated manoeuvres in the cloak of darkness’ is the norm. In fact, people that make complaints against the police in this country are subjected to harassment and intimidation including hypnosis; no surprise that majority of the complaints to the IPCC are withdrawn or abandoned.

9. On 23 April 2005 (i.e. 2-3-4-5 akin to 9-11 of al-Queda), the freemasons sponsored an assailant who battered me with more than forty blows, repeatedly bit me and almost killed me with a six-inch blade knife pressed against the carotid artery of my neck. The Lord Jesus saved me. The Metropolitan Police (under Masonic duty) refused to investigate because it was a Saturday night, they even refused to ask for or search for the knife. The Crown Prosecution Service (48% freemasons) colluded with my assailant and the Metropolitan Police to pervert justice.

In Nigeria, the members of the same freemasons (and its off-shoot the pyrates), murdered my brother Ejoke Ovadje (a solicitor) in 2002. His crime was to run for office against the satanic and corrupt interests of these cults that have ensured that 70 percent of the population live on less than a dollar a day, despite the oil wealth. He had earlier been invited to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court (i.e. perversion of justice) an offer he refused. Like the U.K. Police, not a word has been heard till date from the Nigerian Police, as members of these satanic cults killed the investigation.

10. Until the root cause, freemasonry and its inevitable corruption is uprooted, these incidents will continue for the devil knows no physical boundaries. Sir, it is time to tackle this freemasonic rot. Anti-social orders, veiled women and single parents are easy prey. On the night they murdered my brother (who refused to be a freemason and refused to be corrupt), God in His Infinite Mercy declared freemasonry dead. It is big and it is powerful, but it is the Titanic and is going only one direction, down. The only lifeboat is the blood of Jesus.

11. Corruption at the IPCC and in the criminal justice system (even on behalf of freemasons headed by the prince, Prince Edward) is not new, as the Bible has already stated in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

Thank God for Psalm 103:6: The LORD executeth righteousness and judgement for all that are oppressed, irrespective of the actions of the IPCC.

NOTICE TO COURT 15 December 2006

Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje (Appellant) v Attorney General of the United Kingdom and the Crown Prosecution Service (Respondents).

Notice of evidence that the Respondents have acted as to pervert justice on behalf of freemasonry and even on other occasions unrelated to this case.

1.Firstly, I wish to remind the court that the original application in my case is based on the fact that the freemasons (who killed my brother Ejoke Ovadje, a solicitor) sponsored Ms. D to kill me with the collusion of the Metropolitan Police and the Respondents (Lord Goldsmith the Attorney General of the U.K. and the Director of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Sir Kenneth MacDonald).

In Nigeria, my brother ran for office on an anti-corruption platform against the corrupt interests of members of the freemasons (and its off-shoot the pyrates) who have kept 75% of the population living on less than a dollar a day amidst huge oil wealth. Earlier they had invited him to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court (i.e. pervert justice) an offer he refused.

2. In February 2005, the assailant Ms. D (a co-tenant sponsored by freemasonry) repeatedly poisoned me with insecticide. I reported to the Metropolitan Police and followed it up with letters but the Metropolitan Police refused to investigate. Her husband boasted in freemasonry and openly stated: I am well connected, even if you report to the police, nothing will happen.

3.Then on 23 April 2005 (i.e. 2-3-4-5 of freemasonry akin to 9-11 of al-Queda), Ms. D battered me with more than forty blows, repeatedly bit me then threatened to and almost killed me with a six-inch blade knife pressed against the carotid artery of my neck. The Metropolitan Police was called but again (under masonic instruction) refused to investigate. The police even refused to ask for the knife that Ms. D. used to try to kill me. By the Grace of God, the evidence was so overwhelming (photographs of bites, hospital records of injuries etc.) that the case could not be suppressed.

The Respondents Lord Goldsmith the Attorney General of the U.K. and the Director of the Crown Prosecution Service then pursued a course of conduct of masonic fraud as to pervert justice and concocted a secret and fictitious ‘Ms. D’s version’ of events and corruptly refused to prosecute her despite the photographs and hospital records. Till date, they have refused to disclose that secret version of events to myself (the victim and Appellant) or to the court but corruptly claimed to have acted with the ‘rule of law’.

Against the evidence of photographs & hospital records of injuries that Ms. Draper inflicted on me, my property she destroyed and my shirt she tore, the Respondents stated that there is no realistic prospect of conviction.

There is nothing new in all these judicial fraud even on behalf of freemasonry headed by a prince, Prince Edward: the Bible states in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievious desire: so they wrap it up.

4. As you are already aware, Parliament has stated that 48% of Crown Prosecutors are freemasons (because the God is Eternal, it can never be 100%, Alleluia). Moreover, the Cabinet Secretary has against the law (including the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Human Rights Act 1998) refused to disclose whether the Attorney General is a member of, related to or threatened by the satanic cult, the freemasons. 5. Please confirm a report that the Crown Prosecution Service (i.e. the Respondents) is rife with racism even against its own staff i.e. lawyers (some of whom are freemasons). Clearly if the CPS is institutionally racist, riddled with freemasonry and clearly not fit for purpose; whereas Dr. Ovadje is black and a born-again Christian with clearly anti-satanic/masonic views that he has expressed openly (including the masons that killed his brother), then the reason of masonic fraud against him, sponsored through the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Attorney General is clear. The Bible states in Isaiah 59:14: And judgement is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea truth faileth; and he that departeh from evil maketh himself a prey; and the LORD saw it and it displeased him that there was no judgement.

6. God has exposed the Respondents in their history of fraudulent actions against the rule of law and the laws enacted by Parliament including the Prosecution of Offences Act and Human Rights Act 1998.

Against the rule of law, the Attorney General killed off the investigation of the al-Yamamah corruption scandal by the Serious Fraud Office claiming ‘security and diplomatic interests’ i.e. in the U.K. the land of the Magna Carta, justice is no longer blind but has both eyes open looking for other interests.

Clearly, if the Attorney General can act against the rule of law and kill of a criminal investigation in another department, how much more can he act to kill off the criminal prosecution (and further investigation) into the case of Ms. D who battered and attempted to kill the Appellant on behalf of the freemasons; especially as he (the Attorney General) is the Superintendent of the Crown prosecution Service that is directly under him.

7. God has exposed the Respondents in their history of fraudulent actions against the rule of law and the laws enacted by Parliament even as the Attorney General (an appointee and friend of the Prime Minister, who sits at cabinet meetings with the Prime Minister) openly stated that he would decide whether the prime Minister would be prosecuted for the peerage-for-cash corruption scandal.

After I had filed that a notice of his statement in court as evidence of history of perversion of justice and following strong criticism from the public, the Attorney General ‘qualified’ his initial statement and stated that another lawyer (who has interests in the case) would ‘decide’ whether the prime Minister would be prosecuted but he himself (the Attorney General) would have the final give the final okay. Against the rule of law, fairness and natural justice, he refused to completely exclude himself.

8. In January 2006 when I went to file my application form for this claim and judicial review at the court office, Royal Court of Justice, the engaged in masonic practices and openly stated you cannot sue the Attorney General.

9. Accordingly, I hereby plead that the court consider the history of suppression and perversion of justice by the Attorney General and Crown Prosecution Service in this appeal, even as the court has refused to declare whether the court officials of judges are members of, related to or threatened by the freemasons, considering that 10% of the judges are freemasons. 10. Finally and most importantly, the Bible states in Deutoronomy: And I charged your judges at that time, saying, hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.
