Complaint of unlawful listing of ‘minor’ applications for oral hearing

1. Within my ‘major’ Application for Judicial Review, the court officer has unlawfully listed for Oral Hearing my ‘minor’ applications including for:
(1)Application for Renewal of Judicial Review dated 08 June 2006 (against the proceedings rules of the court attached, the court unlawfully did not give me time to file my skeletal arguments and made a judgement on my case without my skeletal arguments).
(2) Application dated 29 June 2006 for disclosure by the Metropolitan Police all documents relating to the matter of Ms. Sarah Draper and Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje:
(3) Application dated 08 June 2006 that the defendants dosclose all materials related to this case.

2. In accordance with the law including Human Rights Act 1998 (including access to justice, fair hearing, remedy etc.) and other relevant Acts of Parliament, I , Dr. Ovadje hereby make this complaint. I have already requested that the court confirm in writing that the judge and court officials handling this case are not members of, or related in any way to, or threatened by the freemasons or indeed any other secret cult.

3. Dr. Ovadje makes this complaint knowing that the basis of this case is freemasonry and its satanic mafia-like evil, including the masonic use and/or intimidation of officials in every institution in the United Kingdom, including regretably, the judiciary and office of the Prime Minister.

The basis of this case is that the freemasons (in collusion with the Metropolitan Police) sponsored Ms. Draper who repeatedly poisoned Dr. Ovadje in February 2005 and then on 23 April 2005 battered him and tried to kill him with a six-inch blade knife pressed against the carotid artery of his neck. The Attorney General and CPS fraudulently acted as to pervert justice and then refused to prosecute her.

As evidence of this fraud, the CPS and Attorney General conspired to concoct a secret and fictitious Ms. Draper and witnesses version of events. Till date they have acted as to pervert justice and have refused to disclose these versions of events. Ms. Draper’s husband had earlier boasted even if you report the matter to the police, nothing would happen.

Whereas the CPS and Attorney General stated that the witnesses statements supported Ms Draper’s version of events, only last July, one of the witnesses, Mrs. Virk confirmed to Dr. Ovadje that the police never interviewed their family all of whom were key witnesses on the night of 23 April 2005. This confirms the concoction by the CPS and A.G.

On 08/07/06, the CPS on behalf of the freemasons conducted an unlawful and malicious prosecution against Dr. Ovadje, for peacefully holding a placard that stated the truth: the freemasons murdered his brother Ejoke Ovadje ( a solicitor) in Nigeria. Ejoke refused to be a freemason despite the inducement of winning cases before he gets to court, i.e. perversion of justice. Clearly perversion of justice goes hand in hand with freemasonry. See attached letter to the CPS.

4. I have already submitted to your goodself, the parliamentary enquiry that confirmed that 48% of the Crown Prosecution Service lawyers (i.e. the defendants) are freemasons. Dr. Ovadje’s estimate is 90% (because the God is Eternal, it can never be 100%, Alleluia).

Please find attached, a report showing that the Crown Prosecution Service (i.e. the defendants) is rife with racism even against its own staff i.e. lawyers (some of whom are freemasons). Clearly if the CPS is institutionally racist, riddled with freemasonry and clearly not fit for purpose; whereas Dr. Ovadje is black and a born-again Christian with clearly anti-satanic/masonic views that he has expressed openly, then there is clearly double reason and real risk of masnic fraud against him, sponsored by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Attorney General.

5. The same parliamentary enquiry confirmed that up to 10% of the judges are freemasons.

6. Please find attached the Home Secretary’s statement showing clear concern about judicial fraud by the freemasons. He stated:
"Membership of secret societies such as freemasonry can raise suspicions of a lack of impartiality or objectivity. It is therefore important the public know the facts."
"I think it is widely accepted that one secret they should not be keeping is who their members are in the criminal justice system."
Last year's Home Affairs Committee report into "Freemasons in the Police and the Judiciary" found widespread suspicion about masonic links. It recommended judges and police officers be forced to declare masonic membership……

7. The Police has repeatedly acted as the masonic police and on behalf of the freemasons, kidnapped Dr. Ovadje (falsely arrested) and unlawfully imprisoned him without charging him to court. The CPS then changed its fraudulent tactics and started malicious willingly prosecutions against Dr. Ovadje behalf of the freemasons, in a mafia-like bid to intimidate him and force him to withdraw this case or divert his attention from this case. See attached letter.

8. The Cabinet Secretary has against the law including the Freedom of Information Act 2000, refused to disclose the members of the cabinet including the defendants (Attorney General) who are freemasons or related to any secret cult.

9. Whereas the defendants stated in Crown Prosecution Service (DPP) Statement of Case, paragraph 6: The Crown Prosecutor reviewed the evidence on 20 May 2005 and advised the investigating officer that there was no realistic propect of conviction due to the conflicting nature of the evidence and the fact that the witnesses and medical evidence appeared to support Ms. Draper’s account of what took place rather than the Claimant’s. Contrary to the law including CPR 31 which states that a party may inspect a document mentioned in a statement of case, the defendants have (in judicial fraud) refused to obey the law and allow Dr. Ovadje to inspect any documents mentioned including the fictitious witnesses and medical evidence. See Dowsett v U.K. (2004) 38 EHRR 41.

10. Please find attached evidence of masonic fraud even in the Royal Court of Justice, Strand and in Redbridge Library in favour of the Attorney General, that I already submiitted to the court since January 2006.

As evidence, a court official at the Royal court of Justice Strand clearly stated you cannot sue the Attorney General whilst performing masonic acts and physically preventing Dr. Ovadje from filing this application for judicial review.

Dr. Ovadje clearly stated his application to the court for disclosure (since the defendants have fraudulently and corruptly refused to disclose these documents) be determined without a hearing. When he went to submit the ‘minor’ application forms at the court office, the same court officer (that in January 2006 engaged in masonic practices at the Royal Court of Justice including stating you cannot sue the Attorney General); quickly read this application for disclosure to be determined without a hearing, then stated he would list it for hearing even against the law and Dr. Ovadje’s written legal wishes.

Clearly Dr. Ovadje is aware of the satanic masonic plan to repeat judicial fraud even at an oral hearing. He is not an orator and has nothing whatsoever to add at any hearing hence he legally opted for his application to be determmined without a hearing as backed by law, the form and case precedent.

11. Moreover, Dr. Ovadje has been a victim of severe masonic judicial fraud including a judge who (had earlier refused a transcript of the proceedings) told a defendant to serve Dr. Ovadje with court papers during an oral hearing and gave Dr. Ovadje ten minutes to read the submission and answer legal questions, a feat worthy of Idi-Amin’s Uganda. The same judge falsely claimed in his judgment ‘after hearing the claimant….' without giving legal reasons for his decision.

See Dr. Ovadje’s letter of complaint of judicial fraud (under threat of the freemasons) reported to the Lord Chief Justice that supported with an affidavit. Dr. Ovadje has already informed the Lord Chief Jusice to prosecute him for perjury if any of his allegations in his affidavit are false.

It is now clear that attendance at oral hearing is now an excuse for racist and masonic judicial fraud against Dr. Ovadje that can be sumarised as ‘after hearing the him’ without allowing him to speak or addressing the legal issues or giving legal reasons.

12. Dr. Ovadje ticked the box for his application to be determined without a hearing. He stated that he had nothing to add to his case other than his written submissions and stated that the court that in the interest of Human Rights Act 1998 including fair trial, access to justice and remedy, should determine his application based on his written submission.

Most importantly, Dr. Ovadje opted (as is his legal right) for his applications as detailed in Form N244 to be determined without a hearing and hereby waived his right to be present at a hearing,. He did not need to but gave reasons and cases precedents:

(1)Potrimol v France A277-A (1993) 18 EHRR 130 ECtHR para 31; CPR; Human Rights Act 1998.
(2)In any case, in civil cases presence at oral hearing is only fundamental in cases that involve personal conduct, personal character or manner of life, clearly not issues in this case. See Muyldermans v Belgium (1991) 15 EHRR 204, ECtHR para 64; Application 434/58 X v Sweden 2 YB 354, at 372, EcomHR.
(3)In any case, the civil hearing may proceed without a party in the interest of administration of justice.Colozza v Italy (1985) 7 EHRR 516 ECtHR; Baada and Raspe v Federal Republic of Germany 14 DR 64 (1978) EComHR.

13. Clearly there was no reason for the same court official that had stated you cannot sue the Attorney General to quickly read Dr. Ovadje's typed submissions and then list his minor applications for hearing whereas Dr. Ovadje had clearly opted for his applications to be determined without a hearing as within his legal right and in his Application Form N244.

Dr. Ovadje hereby states that this is unlawful and corrupt actions of the court and hereby requests that you investigate this matter and correct the unlawful anomalies.

The court (including court officers who are not judges) must be independent and impartial, see Findlay v U.K. (1997) 24 E.H.R.R. 221 para 73; not only in their appointment but the existence of guarantees against outside pressures and the appearance of of independence, see Campbell and Fell v U.K. (1984) 7 EHRR 165 para 78 and Bryan v U.K. (1995) 21 EHRR 342 para 37.

Dr. Ovadje pleads that the circumstances and evidence show evidence of bias and/or risk of actual bias, Piersack v Belgium (1982) 5 EHRR 169 para 130, Bulut v Austria (1996) 24 EHRR 74 para 31 since his case is against freemasonic corruption.

Dr. Ovadje asserts that an appearance of independence and impartiality is important and affects the confidence which the courts must inspire in a democratic society, see Fey v Austria (1993) 16 EHRR 387 para 30; Findlay v U.K. (1997) 24 EHRR 221 para 76. He pleads that there is a legitimate doubt as to the impartiality of the courts (including court oofficials) in the U.K., relating to freemasonry and the Ovadje family and that the facts are ascertainable and hence the doubt is justified, even in evidence attached, see Hauschild v Denmark (1989) 12 EHRR 266 para 48.

Dr. Ovadje asserts that any judge or court official related to or threatened by freemasonry (the U.K. version of the mafia) should and must withdraw from this case. Legally, where there is a doubt about the impartiality of a judge or court officer, he must withdraw from the case, see Hauschild v Denmark (1989) 12 EHRR 266 para 46 & 48; Castillo Agar v Spain (2000) 30 EHRR 827; Re Medicaments and Related Classes of Goods (No. 2) [2001] 1 WLR 700; Locobail (U.K.) Ltd. v Bayfield Properties 1 All ER 65, CA. Even ‘appearances’ of impartiality (including freemasonic membership in this case), is important and sufficient to prevent a judge or court officer handling this case, see Sramek v Austria (1985) 7 EHRR 351 para 42.

Dr. Ovadje asserts that any fair minded and informed observer, having seen the facts even as stated above and the evidence of freemasonic penetration and intimidation of the judiciary would conclude that there was a real possibility that the court and officials would be biased unless the court expressly confirms in writing that the judge and court officers handling this case are not related to or intimidated by the freemasons; this is against the equality of arms: see Delcourtv Belgium (1970) 1 EHRR 355 para 28.

Even after that, the court would determine his ‘minor’ applications without a hearing as backed by law, form N244, case precedent and usual practice and in order for justice to prevail. Moreover, Dr. Ovadje has stated he has nothing to add to his written statements.

Independence requires that the court (including court officers) be free from outside instructions and/or pressure including parties to the case (including freemasonry), see Demicoli v Malta (1991) 14 EHRR 47; McGonnell v U.K. (2000) 30 EHRR 289. Dr. Ovadje has already shown that the Court Officer hadling his case against the Attorney General openly engaged in masonic practices and stated you cannot sue the Attorney General.

Where a judge or court officer is in a subordinate position to one of the parties (e.g. the court officer clearly stated you cannot sue the Attorney General) or is (e.g.) a freemason along with the Attorney General and subject to the dictates of the freemasons (that includes protecting one another), Dr. Ovadje is legally entitled to entertain legitimate doubt. See Sramek v Austria (1984) 7 EHRR 351. In any case, Dr. Ovadje’s applications should and must be legally dealt with without a hearing as in the law, on the form, in case precedent and the norm.

14. I believe there is a satanic plan to flood me with judicial fraud in order to overwhelm me so that I will give up, even as the Bible states Like death, the wicked are never satisfied. I trust in the Word of God that states in Isaiah 54: Behold they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. No weapon that is fashioned against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement, thou shalt condemn.

I have sent this letter to your offices both at http://www.judicialcomplaints.gov.uk/the Royal court of Justice Strand and your office at the Office of Judicial Complaints. and copies to interested international persons and bodies.

Finally and most importantly, the Bible states in Deutoronomy: And I charged your judges at that time, saying, hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgement is God’s. You can see that any fraud is againt God.

I have already asserted that if my allegations are false, you should please prosecute me for perjury. Please investigate my complaint.

Royal court of Justice U.K. blocks claim against police on behalf of freemasonry

Dear Sir: Royal Court of Justice, Strand. Case no: HQ06X00636: Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje v Metropolitan Police and Commissioner: Court has unlawfully blocked the claim.

1.A brief summary of the case is as follows: On 23/04/05 Ms. Sarah Draper for no just cause burst into Dr. Ovadje’s room and battered him with more than forty blows. She threatened to and almost killed him as she pressed the tip of a six-inch bladed knife against the carotid artery of his neck. She committed at least 15 offences against the person of the claimant. The Metropolitan Police of London refused to investigate, not even to ask for the assault weapon, the knife. In February 2005, she had repeatedly poisoned Dr. Ovadje with insecticide, an offence that he reported and wrote to the Metropolitan Police but the defendants refused to investigate or disclose a word till date.

On an earlier occasion when Ms. Draper and her family harassed Dr. Ovadje, her husband had boated of connections (with the backing of freemasonry) that even if you report to the police nothing will happen.

2. On 19/04/06, I went to New Scotland Yard (direct from the Court Office at the Royal Court of Justice, Strand) to serve the Metropolitan Police with court papers for this claim against them. The police kidnapped me (knowingly & unlawfully arrested me) for trying to serve legal papers, imprisoned me in their van and drove to near Belgravia station. They stated ‘you are de-arrested, go home.’

I went to the nearest post office and sent the served the defendants by first class post according to law. I returned to the Royal Court of Justice and submitted the Certificate of Service, showing deemed service was on 21 April 2006.

The defendants initially lied that they had received service on 03 May 2006. I believe this was intentional: to fraudulently beat the one-year limit for claims under the Human Rights Act 1998. (which was 23 April 2006). Please refer to the letter from the defendants and post office proof that I have already sent to you.

3. The defendants failed to file a defence within the 28 days allowed by law. In accordance with the law, I filed a Request for Default judgement. Against the law, the court has corruptly refused to send me the default judgement till date, even as the CPR is quite clear that I met the positive and negative obligations of the law (see my bundle to you on default judgement).

4. Without the law, the court then unlawfully and corruptly extended the time for the defendants to file a defence by three months.

5. The defence then (unlawfully) filed their statement of case. The rest was for the case to be allocated for hearing.

On the 21 August 2006, I filed an allocation questionnaire at the Royal Court of Justice, Strand. I stated in the Allocation Questionnaire that amongst the witnesses I intend to call is Prince Edward, Grandmaster of the freemasons. Additionally, I stated that the court should confirm in writing that the judge and court officials handling this claim are not freemasons (See Human Rights Act 1998 including access to justice, fair trial and impartial tribunal).

6. I sent a letter dated 04 September 2006 to the court requesting disclosure whether the judge and court officials are freemasons (attached).

7. On 05 September 2006, I was served with an unsigned ‘order’ of the court, copy enclosed. This order blocks my claim, contrary to law.

Clearly this is not a judicial function of the court as there was no hearing held and the defendants did not apply for this order. The case had not even been allocated.

We operate an adversarial system in the U.K. The defendants were able to (unlawfully) file a defence (out of time) based on my statement of case. For the court officials (not the judge as the case has not been allocated) to without a hearing or application by the defendants, and without an allocated judge, corruptly read my claim in secret and to block me from filing a claim simply because the official thinks that Prince Edward (Grandmaster of the freemasons) is above the law is so criminal and unlawful that it is incurable bad.

Even the reasons for these corrupt actions are so bad that I am embarrassed. The BCCI v Bank of England case had more than tens of thousands of pages and the court heard them. For the court official to state that the 50 pages in my statement of case (that states all the human rights violations) is too much for a trial, is unbelievable.

Furthermore, the court is now the solicitor and advocating for the defence, even before trial. My statement of case is well numbered and paginated even with an introductory page listing every document that everyone can see it. I know that my statement of case will stand scrutiny anywhere in the world. Legally, it is for a judge to comment and decide at the hearing not for a court official in secret when the case has not even been allocated. If my case is bad, then clearly it will fail on points of law at the hearing. Everyone is supposed to prove his case at the hearing.

Clearly, as the defendants were able and happy to file their defence (unlawfully out of time) based on my statement of case, the court is now crying more than the bereaved. The court fraudulently acted to block the hearing.

Worse still, unlike in my casethe court has not asked the defendants to state any details of communication or event, the date, place events etc. For example, my landlady Mrs. Virk witnessed Ms. Draper battering me on 23/04/05. Even in July 2006, she confirmed that the police never interviewed her whereas the police have stated in their defence that the evidence of the ‘witnesses’ supported Ms. Draper. Why has the court (in secret) decided to leave the defence to prove their case at the trial but block my claim before trial (in order to corruptly protect freemasonry) whereas I have already detailed all the events in my cbundle including numerous letters?. Where is the equality of arms even in secret court perusal and orders?

8. With all respects Sir, the integrity of the judiciary is at stake here. Judicial corruption and indeed the criminal justice system is not new, as the Bible has already stated (even on behalf of freemasons headed by the prince, Prince Edward) in Micah 7:3:
That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

I have already sent you evidence from the following websites showing the level:

9. With all respect Sir, I hereby assert that in accordance with my human rights as guaranteed by the Human Rights Act of 1998, including right to a fair trial, right to remedy, right to not be discriminated against and other provisions in the law, I hereby request again, that you investigate the cases of judicial fraud as detailed in my letter and the attached documents.

With all respect Sir, I hereby remind you that as a public authority of the United Kingdom, you have a duty to conduct an effective investigation into repeated judicial fraud against my person and depriving me of my human rights. I have exceeded the legal requirement i.e. merely to show that arguably, the Court has violated my rights: with specific details of fraud, clearly obvious even at a glance. See Klass v Republic of Germany A 28 (1978), 2 EHRR 214, ECtHR, para 64. From that moment Sir, you are legally compelled to investigate effectively and ensure the prosecution of the offenders and ensure my receipt of justice. See Human Rights Act 1998; Silver v U.K. (1983) 5 EHRR 347, ECtHR; Aydin v Turkey (1997) 25 EHRR 251, 1997-VI 1889; and Assenov v Bulgaria (28 October 1998 unreported), ECtHR.

10. I feel it is unfortunate that while we criticise other countries for human rights violations e.g. Turkey, there is so much violation of human rights even in the judiciary in the U.K especially on behalf of freemasonry. The Bible in Isaiah 59:14-15 says: And judgement is turned away backwards and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen on the street and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: And the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no judgement.

11. Sir, I believe you are the head of the judiciary so the buck stops at your table whether at the Royal Court of Justice or at the Office of Judicial Complaints. Sir, like I stated before, the judiciary is on trial here; if you do not act it means you have declared the judiciary not fit for purpose. With all respect, God will act, and you would have lost an opportunity to be counted amongst reformers, those who really believe in the rule of law and not judicial fraud and anarchy as sponsored by the freemasons. For the Bible states in Psalm 103:6 states: The LORD executeth righteousness and judgement for all that are oppressed.

With all humility, I hereby state that the former Home Secretary Mr. Charles Clarke left me a foreigner (God forbid, supposedly prisoner) to the freemasons. He left office because of foreign prisoners. Last year I did inform the Prime Minister that he tackle freemasonry or God would remove him from office like King Nebuchadnedezzar in the Bible, who ate grass (the modern equivalent is lame duck). You are a witness to the events that have unfolded. I am not rejoicing at the discomfort of others, neither am I declaring myself holy (only God is Holy) but stating that God will always give victory to Israel, those who call upon His Name.

Please investigate the case of judicial fraud against me, even by the court at the headquarters of the judiciary: the Royal Court of Justice Strand. When the court begins to state that a person (Prince Edward) is above the law and because of that, the court unlawfully and corruptly seeks to destroy the judiciary, the court is sponsoring anarchy to replace the rule of law. Is it any surprise that youths no longer vote and now resort to terrorism, believing that the system is extremely corrupt and will not provide remedy.

In my previous complaint to you, I made an affidavit of judicial corruption by judges in the County Court. Unfortunately, you refused to investigate. If my claims are untrue, please prosecute me for perjury.

Dear Sir or Madam: Repeated threats to my life by the terrorist satanic cults the freemasons and its Nigerian off-shoot the pyrates confraternity.

I wish to and hereby draw your attention to the repeated threats to my life and attempted destruction of my family by the terrorist satanic cults, the freemasons and pyrates confraternity. In 2000 whilst living in London, I refused to be a pyrate. By the Grace of God, I survived an attempt by the freemasons and pyrates to murder me.

They sponsored a lady called Ms. Draper who repeatedly poisoned me in Fbruary last year and on 23/04/05 she (for no reason) battered me and almost killed me with a six-inch blade pressed against the carotid artery of my neck. The Metropolitan Police (in the civilised world of the U.K.) refused to investigate the crime and refused too even ask for the knife. The U.K. Attorney General Lord Goldsmith, turned a blind eye. In spite of the evidence that was so overwhelming that could not be covered, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) corruptly refused to prosecute Ms. Draper.

The last parliamentary enquiry showed that 48% of the CPS lawyers and 10% of judges in the U.K. are freemasons and are ready to do anything including pervert justice for the freemasons. Only recently on 08/07/06, the British Transport Police tried to poison me with anti-freeze (see attached letter). The masonic corruption is so deep, there is hardly an institution in the U.K. that has no been perverted (sadly including Downing Street).

I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters. I believe these groups should be on the list of terrorist organisations world-wide, just like al-queda and the mafia as there is no difference between them: they all take human blood. I have attached a series of letters that will throw more light on the evil and unlawful activities of these cults. Dear Sir or Madam: Repeated threats to my life by the terrorist satanic cults the freemasons and its Nigerian off-shoot the pyrates confraternity.

Further to my previous letter of 31 August 2006, please find attached further information regarding the terrorist and satanic cults.

1. I believe the freemasons and pyrates confraternity murdered my good friend and classmate in the university, the late Dr. Oluwole Alabi. We were classmates at the College of Medicine, Universuity of Lagos. He left for Trinidad and Tobago for his housemanship in 1987-8. I later gathered that he drowned over there. Drowning is a known method of killing my the pyrates. I also know that there are lot of Nigerian doctors who are pyrates that were/are in Trinidad and Tobago and in the United States. Obviously, the freemasons are in every country in the world including Trinidad and Tobago, perpetrating evil.

2. A few years ago, I read in a Nigerian newspaper that a Nigerian graduate of the Yoruba tribe (I cannot remember if he was a doctor) drowned in Washington DC. They claimed he was depressed and committed suicide. I cannot remember the exact name but I do recollect that his father was a judge of the Nigerian Court of Appeal or Nigerian Supreme Court.

Immediately, I knew it was the pyrates that had killed him. I would be grateful if you could investigate that death. Nigerians do not commit suicide, else the whole population of 120million people would have taken their lives, with the kind of satanic and corrupt leadership where more than 75% of the population live on less than a dollar a day, without water or electricity amidst massive oil wealth. We are bred tough, survive anywhere and are goal-oriented irrespective of any obstacles.

3. In 2001, before the pyrates and freemasons attempted to murder me, I was looking for locum posts in General Practice (before buying into a practice as a partner). Suddenly, the only job offers I could get was from a practice in an Island in Essex, reachable only by boat. I refused to take the job. I believe that if I had, very likely I would not be alive today as they had planned (God forbid) drowning, not for me in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

I thank God that their next attempts failed and subsequent attempts even by employing Ms. Draper to poison me in February 2005 and then on 23/04/05 knife me in the carotid artery of my neck failed.

4. A few days ago, ‘out of the blue’, I received an Eviction Order from the County Court issued at the request of my mortgagees, Barclays Bank Plc, requesting me to vacate the property in seven days.

I did not know of the court hearing date before the order was issued. Even in Nigeria, the minimum quit notice is three months, not to talk of the U.K the land of the Magna Carta. But God is in control.

5. You may recall that I did inform you that I sued the Metropolitan Police and its Commissioner for refusing to investigate Ms. Draper’s failed attempts to kill me (that I believe were sponsored by the freemasons and pyrates). I have been handling the case by myself. I believe God ordained it that way. Moreover, I cannot see any lawyer in Britain acting against the freemasons except to secretly work for them i.e. against me. Such a lawyer would be putting his life and everything at risk.

First the police did not file their defence within the 28 days demanded by law, yet the court (Royal Court of Justice Strand, the headquarters of the U.K. Judiciary) corruptly refused to grant me Default Judgment as demanded by law. The defendants then filed their defence even though out of time.

On the 21/08/06, I filed an allocation questionnaire with the court and named the Grand master of the freemasons (Prince Edward) as one of the witnesses I would like to cross-examine.

Suddenly, I received an order from the court unsigned (copy attached) stating that my particulars of claim was too long (it covered all aspects of the Human Rights Act 1998 that the defendants infringed). You can imagine that in an adversarial court system, the defendants read my claim and filed their defence. It is for the court during hearing, to hear the case and strike out what it desires. But in a corruption sponsored by the freemasons, the court is acting to cancel my claim so that it will not be heard at all. If 50 pages is too long, how the same court heard cases like Claimants v Bank of England (collapsed BCCI Bank case) where the claims ran into tens of thousands of pages is a mystery. Note that the case has not even been allocated yet, but they want to strike it out. The perpetrator is not even bold enough to sign this fraudulent order.

Judicial corruption is not new, even as the Bible states in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

6. I believe all these acts constitute terrorism including use and abuse of the machinery of the state for evil satanic purposes.

7. As a child of God, I must give my best; God will do His Works according to His Will. The Bible states in Rom 8:29: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, not depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

As a Christian, there is nothing of earth that will give me anxieties, not house, car etc, even as the Bible states in Phil 4:11: Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Please note that if anything happens to me (although I know my God will never allow it to happen) please note that it is the handwork of the freemasons and pyrates. The Bible has already blessed me in Isaiah 54:17: Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Because of me and the amount of Ovadje blood spilled by the freemasons and pyrates, the big powerful titanic of freemasonry must sink.

Dear Sir: Judicial fraud in the U.K.

1. Further to my previous letter, I hereby attach the following letters for your attention detailing widespread fraud in the judiciary in the U.K. If not for the seriousness of issues, it would have been hilarious to see men, learned men in law and justice acting to pervert the same law and justice, just like in banana republics of the third world. Satan indeed knows no physical boundaries, only spiritual lines in the sand.

2. The underlying factor in all these is the U.K. mafia, the satanic cult freemasons that has perverted virtually every institution in the land. As stated in the Bible, like death the wicked (freemasons) are never satisfied.

The parliamentary enquiry (attached) confirmed that 48% of the Crown Prosecution Service lawyers (i.e. the defendants) are freemasons. My estimate is 90% (because the God is Eternal, it can never be 100%, Alleluia); and 10% of the judges are freemasons, I believe this is a gross underestimation and is more like 50%.

3. Sir, I am not writing to you to cry. No Sir, for Jesus is my Saviour. I am writing to ask whether you would like to use this opportunity to act and save the judiciary as an institution.

The Bible says God allows everything to happen for a reason and in the end, His Name and only His Name will be glorified. God tests every man on earth beyond his comfort zone.

I believe God has allowed all this judicial fraud to happen so that everyman from the Court Clerk to the Lord Chief Justice, each and every person will have to choose the side to belong, whether for good (God) or evil (satan and freemasonry). The higher the level of cheating (even if to the leadership of the judiciary), the more the Intensity of the Light of God that will shine and overcome all darkness.

4. When the Crown Prosecution Service colludes with the police (that attempted to poison me with antifreeze after kidnapping (false arrest) and unlawful imprisonment (on behalf of freemasonry) for an offence that has no penalty of custody; and the judiciary not only refuses to dismiss the case (where unlawful imprisonment is already more than the offence) but acts as to perpetrate the judicial fraud and (God forbid) bully me; then it is clear that in the criminal justice system, this is the season of anomie.

I intend to setup a website focussed entirely on fraud in the judiciary in the U.K. and indeed the criminal justice system, so that the world can witness these unfortunate events and then see the Hand of God in action when God starts His Work.

5. When all is said and done, even all the fraud and cheatings in the world have been perpetrated, God’s Hand will be seen and then His Name and only His Name will be glorified.

Examples abound. The Rt. Hon. Charles Clarke left me a foreigner (God forbid, supposedly) prisoner to the freemasons. He left office because of foreign prisoners.

Sir Ian Blair acted with freemasonry to sponsor Ms. Draper who repeatedly poisoned me in February 2005 and then on 23/04/05 battered and almost killed me with a knife pressed against the carotid artery of my neck. Since that day, Sir Blair has never been off the media rolling from one crisis to another. The Metropolitan Police has been openly discredited even in: the police execution of Mr. DeMenezes and forging of logs thereafter; collecting blood money in the murder of Stephen Lawrence; and protecting criminals responsible for the murder of Mr. Woodhams including working at snail speed and collecting his clothing for forensic examination four days after he had been killed.

I am not rejoicing at the travails of anyone but just illustrating to you, that whatever happens, God is the final Arbiter, the Ultimate Judge..

6. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the cases of judicial fraud that I have notified you.

Additionally, I would be grateful if you could ensure that the courts confirm whether the judges and court officers involved in any cases related to me, are members of, related to or threatened by the freemasons.

In the event that you decide to take no action, I would be greatly appreciate it if you could keep copies of the attached documents and return the originals. I am trying to save costs, especially as I am not working at the moment.

7. Sir, if you do not act, with all respect, God will act, and you would have lost an opportunity to be counted amongst reformers, those who really believe in the rule of law and not anarchy as sponsored by the freemasons. For the Bible states in Psalm 103:6 states: The LORD executeth righteousness and judgement for all that are oppressed.

Finally and most importantly, the Bible states in Deutoronomy: And I charged your judges at that time, saying, hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgement is God’s.

I write to you as the legal representative to Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje, the victim of the above crimes. A letter was sent to you (copy attached) on 23rd August 2005. It is very unfortunate that the CPS has not replied Dr. Ovadje after almost two months. As you know, delaying Dr. Ovadje justice is equivalent to denying him justice.

All Dr. Ovadje has received is a letter from the police with just one line: CPS decided not to prosecute they concluded that there was no realistic prospect of obtaining a conviction in the matter. This is due to conflict of evidence in the statements obtained from the witnesses. This cannot be a substitute to hearing from the CPS. He has therefore been awaiting your reply.

Dr. Ovadje insists there were no witnesses on the night he was assaulted. From the statements he sent to you, it is obvious that the other so-called ‘witnesses’ were relatives and one close friend of the assailant and were aiding and inciting her. In fact one of these ‘witnesses’ Sarah Draper’s brother called John later head-butted Dr. Ovadje.

If your office had any doubts, why did you not call Dr. Ovadje for an interview? Why take the word of the assailant’s relatives and close friends who were aiding and inciting her in the crimes (or in the case of her brother John, further assaulted Dr. Ovadje) for it?

If you insist on not prosecuting the assailant, please send your reasons in line with the law and good practice. Dr. Ovadje’s human rights are obviously affected. I would like to re-state that I write this letter as his legal representative and would expect a detailed reply as would be due his solicitor and would enable him seek legal redress. Attached is a copy of the visions of the CPS from your website. Has any of these has been met in this case violent crimes against Dr. Ovadje. I say no.

In the book of Isaiah chapter 59 verse 14-15 of the Bible, God reminds us all: And judgement is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no judgement.

New judges must declare masonic membership

Jack Straw's move follows a 1997 Home Affairs Committee report into masons and the judiciary
Freemasons who join the police or judiciary in England have to declare their membership of the ancient fraternal society.

The move, which was introduced last month by Home Secretary Jack Straw, means serving judges will also be asked to make a voluntary declaration but will not be compelled to do so.

It will also apply to magistrates, crown prosecutors, prison staff and probation officers.

Mr Straw said recently that the government would create a register of masons working in the criminal justice system unless they were prepared to name themselves.

He said: "Membership of secret societies such as freemasonry can raise suspicions of a lack of impartiality or objectivity. It is therefore important the public know the facts."

A society with secrets

Mr Straw added: "I think it is the case that the freemasons said they are not a secret society but a society with secrets.

"I think it is widely accepted that one secret they should not be keeping is who their members are in the criminal justice system."

Last year's Home Affairs Committee report into "Freemasons in the Police and the Judiciary" found widespread suspicion about masonic links.

It recommended judges and police officers be forced to declare masonic membership but the measure was delayed for months because of a row between Mr Straw and the Lord Chancellor, Lord Irvine, over whether judges should be included.

The compromise falls short of forcing existing judges to declare their interest immediately.

English freemasonry 'oldest in the world'

Some masonic historians have controversially traced freemasonry and its rituals directly from the time of Jesus Christ through the Knights Templar to the present day.

The United Grand Lodge of England, founded in 1717, claims to be the oldest masonic order in the world.

In 1984 it declared it was becoming an "open" organisation to dispel the myths that have grown over the years.

Masonic secrecy intrigues and worries outsiders

In a leaflet distributed at that time, it said: "Freemasonry is a society of men concerned with moral and spiritual values. Its members are taught its precepts by a series of ritual dramas, which follow ancient forms and use stonemasons' customs and tools as allegorical guides.

"The essential qualification for admission into and continuing membership is a belief in a Supreme Being. Membership is open to men of any race or religion who can fulfil this essential qualification and are of good repute."

Three principles

Freemasons, the lodge said, follow three principles of brotherly love, relief and truth and practice charity.

It went on the deny the extent of masonic secrecy, which had caused much of the speculation about the true nature of the organisation.

"The secrets of freemasonry are concerned with its traditional modes of recognition. It is not a secret society, since all members are free to acknowledge their membership and will do so in response to inquiries for respectable reasons," it said.

But the Home Affairs Committee disagreed. It described freemasonry as a secret society.

Mutual advancement

It said masonic lodges were run on the basis of mutual advancement and favour-swapping.
Senior barrister Elizabeth Woodcraft says lack of knowledge remains a problem surrounding the masons.

"The troubling thing about the masonic movement or organisation is that we don't know very much about it. But what we do know is that organisation requires loyalty and adherence to a set of values that may be in conflict with the values and the requirements of justice," she said.

She said the danger was the public might believe a judge would be lenient on defendants who were masons, even if this did not happen.

Suspicions could also be raised about masonic connections advancing careers within the judiciary.

"There is an anxiety that because judges are chosen in secret that there is perhaps something a little worrying about how that goes on," Ms Woodcraft said.

One judge who admits being a mason, Lord Justice Millett, denies favours are asked for or granted by judges.

"I've never known whether anybody who's appeared before me on the bench was a mason and they've never known that I was one. And if I had, it wouldn't have made the slightest bit of difference," he said.

He added: "There's nothing slightly above the law about being a mason."

First the police did not file their defence within the 28 days demanded by law, yet the court (Royal Court of Justice Strand, the headquarters of the U.K. Judiciary) corruptly refused to grant me Default Judgment as demanded by law. The defendants then filed their defence even though out of time.

On the 21/08/06, I filed an allocation questionnaire with the court and named the Grand master of the fremasons (Prince Edward) as one of the witnesses I would like to cross-examine.

Suddenly, I received an order from the court unsigned (copy attached) stating that my particulars of claim was too long (it covered all aspects of the Human Rights Act 1998 that the defendants infringed). You can imagine that in an adversorial court system, the defendants read my claim and filed their defence. It is for the court during hearing, to hear the case and strike out what it desires. But in a corruption sponsored by the freemasons, the court is acting to cancel my claim so that it will not be heard at all. If 50 pages is too long, how the same court heard cases like Claimants v Bank of England (collapsed BCCI Bank case) where the claims ran into tens of thousands of pages is a mystery. Note that the case has not even been allocated yet, but they want to strike it out. The perpetrator is not even bold enough to sign this fraudulent order.

Judicial corruption is not new, even as the Bible states in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the Prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievious desire: so they wrap it up.

6. I believe all these acts constitute terrorism including use and abuse of the machinery of the state for evil satanic purposes.

7. As a child of God, I must give my best; God will do His Works according to His Will. The Bible states in Rom 8:29: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, not depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

As a Christian, there is nothing of earth that will give me anxieties, not house, car etc, even as the Bible states in Phil 4:11: Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Please note that if anything happens to me (although I know my God will never allow it to happen) please note that it is the handwork of the freemasons and pyrates. The Bible has already blessed me in Isaiah 54:17: Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Because of me and the amount of Ovadje blood spilled by the freemasons and pyrates, the big powerful titanic of freemasonry must sink.

Attacks by satanic and terrorist cults, the freemasons and pyrates. I ask you to stop now in the Sweet & Mighty Name of Jesus the Redeemer.

1.On Thursday 30/03/06 at about 19:15 hours, I stood on the kerb at Chadwell Heath holding a poster. The police drove past quietly and no one was breaking the law. Suddenly two youths approached me on behalf of the freemasons demanding to know why I held a poster indicating that freemasons killed my beloved brother, Ejoke Ovadje a solicitor. I refused to answer them. They went to the BT phone booth opposite to make a call. The next thing I knew, they attacked me and snatched my glasses from my eyes. I could have chased them but considering the fast moving traffic, they could have been run over by the cars. I certainly do not want blood on my hands (like the freemasons) so I left them. If you have any doubts, ask the police to confirm from the CCTV at Chadwell Heath.

If the boys had been run over by the cars (God forbid), freemasons cannot replace the lives (as only God gives life, not satan) and the families would not be given millions of pounds in compensation for ‘death in active evil service’. At the end of the day, satan will always use anyone including its own agents and dump them without pay.

I did not bother to report the matter to the police for the following reason: You may recall that your organization in collusion with the masonic sorry, Metropolitan Police sponsored Ms. Sarah Draper firstly to poison me repeatedly, then on 23/04/05 batter me with more than forty blows and kill me by knifing me in the carotid arteries of my neck. You used the police including Sir Ian Blair the Police Commissioner and the legal system including the Crown Prosecution Service and the Attorney General of the U.K. Lord Goldsmith, to try to cover it up. The policemen that attended the emergency said they cannot investigate severe violence and attempted murder on a Saturday night! They even refused to ask for the six-inch blade knife that she pressed against my throat. Lord Goldsmith closed his eyes to the perversion of justice by Sir Ian Blair’s force. The Home Secretary and Prime Minister kept mute. MI5 shied away. But God delivered me for the umpteenth time from the clutches of satan and its tentacles including the freemasons hence I was not killed.

2. On a cold rainy night (at 21:30 hours) two weeks earlier, I walked home on Chadwell Heath Lane. A boy of about ten rode his bike ahead of me dropping chemicals i.e. spiritually he was practising witchcraft. I felt really sorry for him and wondered what would happen if he slipped on the wet road and (God forbid) he got hit by the fast moving cars: again freemasons or satan their leader cannot give or replace life and no million pounds compensation for the parents for ‘active evil service’.

3. In Nigeria, my brother a brilliant solicitor was invited to join the freemasons with the bait that he would win cases before he gets to court (i.e. pervert justice), he refused. Then he ran for office on an anti-corruption platform against the corrupt and depraved agenda of members of the freemasons and its younger off-shoot the pyrates. Knowing his glowing success and popularity, the only option was for them to shoot him in the carotid artery of his neck. They killed him on 19/11/02. Like their British counterparts (re: Ms. Draper almost knifing me in the carotid artery of my neck) the Nigerian police refused to investigate. Like their British counterparts, the Nigerian Department of Public Prosecutions and the Nigerian Attorney General turned a blind eye, as the Nigerian freemasons used the system to cover it up. This is the fourth year and not a word has been heard from anyone.

4. In my attempt to get justice regarding Ms. Draper battering and almost killing me on 23/04/05, I have encountered:
-My floppy disk containing my case file was stolen, just prior to deadline for filing the case in court. Unusually, I backed it up, due to the prompting of God.
-At the headquarters of the judiciary in the U.K. (Royal Court of Justice at the Strand) were performing masonic antics/sematntics in broad daylight (it was not yet sunset) and stated ‘you cannot sue the Attorney General’ (of the U.K. Lord Goldsmith). But for God’s intervention I would not have succeeded.
-Once I filed the case, the book (authority) on human rights which is the basis of my case that I relied on for my grounds and skeletal arguments was stolen from the library
-Despite my several notifications, the library has refused to report the theft of the book to the police, a book that is priced at £270. My belief is they know who deliberately stole it to spoil my case, the freemasons.

5. It is no secret that the freemasons, pyrates and other satanic cults refer to themselves as ‘dogs’ and believe that only dogs are men. To me, the statement that being a ‘dog’ makes you a ‘man’ is self-contradictory. The fact that you claim to change to dogs (i.e. animals, beasts) at sunset only confirms you satanic and witchcraft agenda. Not only in enchantments, hypnotism and chemicals, but anything that seeks to influence another’s mind against his will without consent is witchcraft. If all the people on a bus deviously seeking to make a man loose the £1m in his pocket start running as if there is a fire (when there is none) and the man (thinking there is fire) actually looses the money whilst running, the people have just practiced witchcraft. This is not law court but in the spiritual court of God

6. Your organization in collusion with the pyrates tried to murder tried to murder me in 2001 because I refused to be a pyrate and become a ‘dog’. As you did not succeed, you tried to engineer the break-up of my family. I got a confession to that effect. The Bible says in Genesis 2 verse 24: Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh and in Mark 10:9: What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. But the freemasons has taken the function of satan in John 10 verse 10: to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.

The freemasons caused the death of my son. God in his infinite Wisdom made me (a doctor) his father, so as to recognize any symptoms of illness from sickle cell early. In threatening my wife and forcing her to obey your orders or face death/destruction, you sought to destroy my family and in family break-up I was forced to leave and went to Nigeria. In my absence, my son fell ill and died.

You forced my wife (literally at gun point) not to tell me (then in Nigeria) about my son’s illness and then his death. Since I had refused to be a pyrate and was not a ‘dog’; your satanic cult (that cannot create an amoeba not to talk of human life) falsely said that I am not a man and not worthy to be my wife’s husband and my son’s father. In effect you, mortal you, are playing God, deciding who is a man and who is a father. You who can die tomorrow (like me and everyone else) have arrogated to yourself 007 and the power to destroy families. My wife in terror submitted to your satanic agenda.

Immediately I arrived from Nigeria, I went to Great Ormond Street the next day. Your organization forced the staff at Great Ormond Street Hospital to deny me seeing the body. They even asked the security staff to usher me out for asking to see my son’s body and showing my identification, my passport. I bet you must be very proud of your ‘power.’ I repeat the question in my previous letter to which you did not reply: what manner of man seizes a corpse?
Your organization held a gun to my wife’s (a child of God) head and forced her (like many other Christians) to do evil things against their will, for fear of death or serious harm. You forced her to bury my son without me.

7. You have threatened my wife to prevent me from seeing my remaining children and trying to use the establishment especially the police and the judiciary to effect your satanic agenda. You want to turn my children into part of the statistics of black children from broken homes that end up broken. God forbid. You wish closeness and goodness for your family and children but seek to destroy mine. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, the name before which every knee must bow and every tongue must confess that He is God. The Bible says in Isaiah 49 verses 25-26: But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee and I will save thy children. You can see that my wife (who is cleaved to me), children and other Christians have been saved from your satanic clutches.

Since you head an organisation that has chosen to be a destroyer of my family and other families, then you should take the credit. Accordingly, you will be personally named in any proceedings involving my family as the cause and destroyer, so that it is clearly on record and you can get the glory. You thrive in being Don Corleone and populace marvel at you like they do at the film ‘Godfather’ forgetting how many people he killed. How does a Royal Prince seek to destroy his own subjects and their families, when families are the bedrock of society? I urge you to please let God take control.

8. The Nigerians who came to Britain in the 60’s to study were deceived into joining the freemasons. Many were from villages and nobody knew anything about freemasons (there was no internet or information then. In the days of ‘no blacks, no dogs, no Irish’, joining the freemasons was presented as a stepping-stone to networking and goodies including better jobs to help pay the school fees. Freemasons was presented as a friendship society like the Rotary or Lions Club. Nobody told them of the pact with the devil or that their children would be consumed in exchange for a clerical job (instead of sweeping the streets). You can imagine if I went to the Job Centre today and after signing the contract for a clerical job, I was told to give up my children to be used at any time for evil purposes! Talk of unfair trade and duping of the ignorant.

My father was approached to join the freemasons in 1966. He asked why? and the man replied, they will make you rich. My father ended the discussion by saying I am comfortable and richer than you. If they have not made you rich and sent you to me, there is something wrong there. Thank God he grew stronger in Christianity and enjoyed a good and simple life in Christ.

You can see that even the membership of freemasons is made on deceit. The children of the mason on the street will never be the grandmaster. It will always be you and the royalty cum elite. I see a pyramid scheme with you at the top ruling over the 1m slavemasons (God forbid) today and your (royalty) children ruling over the next generation (2m, if everyone has 2 children). You have thus solidified a master-slave relationship for generations to come.
As for the pyrates, they have deceived people into membership claiming an anticolonial agenda. Whereas the colonialists killed probably about 200 people in Nigeria, the pyrates (with freemasons) now in power have directly killed tens of thousands and indirectly killed millions by stealing the money for the health, education and poverty eradication. They loot the money and bring it to guess where? the former colonial power, Britain.

A top government official in Nigeria who is a now a pastor confessed that both the freemasons and pyrates are of the devil. His father was the deputy head of freemasons in Nigeria and he himself was renowned pyrate from which he resigned. I have a relative who was a top freemason and had to run away from home for about ten years (at the age of 60 plus) on becoming a Christian, due to threats to life. You can see that satan knows no physical boundaries or skin colour, it just wants to steal, kill & destroy as described in the scriptures (John 10:10).

9. It is evident that Parliament, Downing Street (including the Prime Minister) and Judiciary including the police and MI5 are afraid of you and are subject to your nocturnal laws. In effect you have stolen the Magna Carta to the masonic lodge. They are either members of your satanic cult or afraid you will kill them, take away their office, by hook or crook especially blackmail. You are ready to use your SSS-like information spy network of one million members in every post code (that has been collating information on people for years and storing it in your coven called the Masonic lodge) to expose their previous indiscretions (an extramarital affair ten years ago or a homosexual relationship at Oxford etc, drugs in teenage years etc) if they don’t play your game. Even MI5 officials are afraid and will not reply correspondence concerning the freemasons and clear subversion of government.

Whilst in the U.S. George Bush and John Kerry had to declare their membership of skull & bones, over here the Cabinet Secretary and the Metropolitan Police have refused to disclose if and who amongst the cabinet (including the Attorney General) and the senior police officers are member s of the freemasons; even though everyone knows the evil that goes on in the freemasons, as confirmed even by Time magazine about five years ago.

You and your organisation are therefore subverting democracy and perverting our institutions. You are a terrorist organisation, striking terror in the minds of people and ready to kill or destroy lives, worse than the mafia and Al-queda as you can use the police and judiciary to cover up. It is not clear why you did not attempt to just take over power directly, instead of playing puppeteer and blackmailer behind the screen?

In any case, God has stopped the freemasons in its tracks. Your organisation died the day you killed my brother. God has effected a regime change; the U.K. is no longer the Isle of ‘dogs’ but the Isle of God’s. The freemasons and pyrates are like a serpent whose head has been cut off, it lashes out violently and wildly spilling its own blood. I spiritually burn the coven called the masonic lodge with Holy Ghost fire. Amen. If your organisation is self-confident in its evil ways, I challenge you once again to open the gates and see how many members will remain, NONE.

10. It is no secret that freemasons and pyrates call themselves dogs and every ‘dog’ must obey orders no matter what they feel or think otherwise face death/destruction. But a dog is a slave. I have a dog at home and if I ask it to bite it will, for no pay. The fox hunters can confirm that dogs are used to kill and destroy for no pay.

But obeying orders and working for no pay is slavery. . Having watched the film ‘Roots’, I am unable to distinguish between the slave owner issuing evil orders from his mansion to the black slaves (and their children, grandchildren and their generations to come i.e. their blood line!) who must surrender their will and unquestionably obey orders at any time, and the members of freemasons with you at the top issuing orders from your mansion. The Bible says Leviticus 26:29: And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. When a freemason surrenders his God’s given children from birth, to obey the evil orders from the masonic lodge and hypnotises them from infancy to obey satanic orders, the children have been consumed spiritually. Their will and soul have been consumed and the child is unable to say no to satanic evil orders. With the will gone, what is left is an empty obedient shell (what is a man without will?), an unwilling slave to the evil designs of your organisation.
The ordinary freemason is deceived that he is powerful (like some black slaves took pride in being owned by a ‘powerful’ master). As you truly know, a truly powerful man has his God-given will and does not obey orders from anyone, not even you. No powerful man obeys orders, except God’s.

Watch the film ‘karate kid’ and you will see the owner of a karate school (akin to the freemasons & pyrates) severely beating his underlings unless they hated the innocent and agreed to beat and destroy the helpless i.e. destroy others or you be destroyed. Talk of dog eating dog.

11. God gave us technology including phones/mobiles for us to use to spread love to our folks. Your organization has chosen to use this for satanic purposes: to lie in wait amongst the reeds, waiting for the helpless man. (Psalm 10 verse 9), as He that turneth from evil maketh himself a prey (Isaiah 59 verse 15). At the end of the day, your organization is fulfilling the scriptures that satan cometh but to steal and to destroy (John 10 verse 10).

12. Since you could not use Ms. Draper to kill me (your second failed attempt at murder) your organization used the energy company to deny me electricity for two months in last winter so as to freeze me to death, even though I did not owe a penny.

I left our hose and moved to Nigeria in 2001. My wife moved out of our house in 2004 whilst I was in Nigeria. I returned to the U.K. in February 2005 and lived elsewhere. When I visited the property in April 2005, there was electricity and everything was mouldy confirming nobody lived there for a long time. I moved into the house in October 2005.

The energy company entered the house and cut off the electricity from the in-house fuses. How did they get the keys? Obviously the freemasons contacted my wife and forced her to open the doors to the property so that the energy company can cut off the electricity (the energy company stated they did not know her new address) or your organisation has made copies of the keys to our property (forcefully from my wife) and opened the doors for the energy company to cut off the electricity.

13. Since it is now established that the freemasons have access to my house, how far will you go? (after contracting Ms. Draper to poison me). Enter my house and poison my food in the fridge with some of your known ‘civilised’ and ‘untraceable’ killing methods that you blame on the victim?
-With diuretics and claim God forbid, death by dehydrated?
-With vitamin D excess and God forbid give kidney stones and death from hypercalcaemia?
-With vitamins antagonists or microbes and claim depression and suicide (all B vitamins) or heart failure (thiamine)
-Vitamin excesses or deficiencies
-Injure acid-base balance, destroy the cells of the gastrointestinal tract or lace my food with microbes or toxins. Other poisons that I have not mentioned
Your organisation claims to have 1m members i.e. one out of every 60 people in this country with extensive network in the police, judiciary, law, medicine, laboratories, pharmacologists, biochemists etc. so access to poisons is no big deal for your good selves.
The bible says in Psalm 64:6: They scheme their evil plots, they conspire to lay secret snares, Psalm 36:5: They plot the defeat of goodness as they lie on their beds and in Psalm 35:20 They wish no peace for the peaceful who live in the land.

For your information, I am enjoying my life in its fullness as God has blessed me with the peace that passeth all understanding. Let me reassure you that the blood of Jesus has destroyed whatever evil the freemasons and pyrates plan in the coven called the lodge. The lesson of Easter is that Jesus rose from the dead and so destroyed the ultimate power of satan, death and the fear of death. A Christian therefore cannot fear death or anything else for that matter. Moreover, Luke 10 verse 19 says: Behold I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. I will tread on the freemasons (& pyrates) and boast in the Name of Jesus and nothing will happen.

14. Because of the criminal actions of the freemasons, I have been unable to use the internet very effectively. I have had my mails hijacked. Last year, the owner of the internet café I used to send e-mails and blog, was suddenly threatened with ‘unheard of’ council bills and rates amounting to several thousand pounds. He had no option but to ask me to leave and stop coming there in order for him to continue to have a business. Once I stopped surfing there, he has been smiling ever since. I am not sure why only the mafia openly enjoys the reputation of intimidation to the exclusion of your satanic cult.

You may recall that members of the freemasons and pyrates threatened me that I would not practise as a doctor because I refused to be a ‘dog’. I have received my payments regularly and like clockwork and planned to complete my final instalment of registration fees to the General Medical Council (GMC) so that I can resume work. Once I sent an e-mail to the GMC asking them to effect the direct debit from my account the next week, mysteriously my payment was stopped for no reason and without notice. I believe this is to spoil my registration with the GMC but in God’s name I rebuke you and burn that plan with the fire of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
Moreover, the deadline to file claims against the masonic (Metropolitan) Police on human rights violation (relating to the masonic-sponsored Ms. Draper poisoning then battering and almost killing me on 23/04/05) was two weeks away i.e. 1 year from the incident. Cutting my payment for no reason, was satan’s way of preventing me filing a case. But all the Glory to God, satan was defeated.

If you have any plans to cheat at the judiciary both in my case against the Metropolitan police and against the Attorney General/Crown Prosecution Service or indeed any other case related to me including my wife, children, siblings or wherever the name of OVADJE is mentioned; and in anywhere on the earth let me assure you in Isaiah 54:19: No weapon that is formed against the (me & my folks) shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee (me & my folks) in judgement thou (I) shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

15. One of your members confessed that one of the ways you frustrate people is to clog the person with problems especially at the bank, at work and the law (police and judiciary). By threats and intimidation, you are able to get judges to pervert justice (as confirmed by my brother who was invited to join freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court, an offer he refused).
-You used the Metropolitan Police under the leadership of Sir Ian Blair to sponsor Ms. Draper first poisoning then almost killing me in 2005
-The Attorney General Lord Goldsmith refused to raise a finger even in the daylight perversion of justice by Sir Ian Blair’s police.
-The Metropolitan Police under the leadership of Sir Ian Blair have falsely arrested me at least fourteen times in the last six months, so that I will keep suing everyday. They have refused to charge me to court.
-The ‘Independent’ Police Complaints Commission (I.P.C.C.) refused to investigate the actions of the policemen who blackmailed & harassed me and covered up the case of Ms. Draper who battered and almost murdered me with a six-inch blade knife on 23/04/05.
-My last landlord (a freemason) harassed me so much the case reached the court. The Ilford County Court gave judgement in his favour (and ordered me to pay some money) without reading my defence statement.
I applied for that order to be quashed as it is against fair hearing, equality of arms and my human rights for the court to give judgement against me without reading my defence statement. I clearly opted for a written hearing (without my physical presence) on the form.
Lo and behold! The court refused my application to quash that order on the grounds that I did not physically attend the hearing even though I clearly chose written hearing (without my physical appearance) on the form.
Lastly, I re-applied again on ?????, again pointing to the court that I had opted for a written hearing without appearance. For the last six months, the court has refused to give judgement on my application to quash that order as there is no other excuse to pervert justice. Meanwhile my name will have falsely (due to perversion of justice by the court) been on County Court judgement defaulters for all this duration.
-I filed another case at the Ilford County Court to legally compel my wife to allow me to see my children, against your satanic orders and threats to her life. From the proceedings and funny turns, it is evident that you and your satanic cultist are threatening the court and CAFCASS team as well.
You must really be glad at your ‘power’ to intimidate judges to pervert justice like the mafia. I rebuke you and your satanic agents and agenda in Jesus name, Amen. He is the one with all the power on earth and in heaven (Matthew 28 verse 18). Truly, I am afraid to curse you because God will answer it and it will manifest. I pray GOD to forgive you like he has forgiven me.

Is it not shameful that despite the your high membership amongst the learned profession i.e. lawyers, judges etc. the freemasons are still sweating and have to CHEAT in court to defeat a single man, myself standing alone (but with the God of Israel), handling my cases by myself and with no previous legal education or exposure (The only art subject I did was government at O’ levels). Satan and your cult can never win fair and square. ALL THE GLORY GOES TO GOD through whom I have victory and ALL things are possible. Even in cheating, the freemasons have failed, in Jesus name. Amen.
Will the freemasons use the Metropolitan Police and try to execute me like Mr. Demenezes? (God forbid). Or will you ask a driver to deliberately drink and try run over me on the kerb? It is already on record even in the courts, but I can assure you my God will never allow it.

16. Not long after the freemasons sponsored Ms. Draper to attempt to murder me, God has shown that he is God. The Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair has known no peace since and is never off the media from one mishap to another, especially the police execution of Mr. DeMenezes and the lies he told thereof. A number of his own senior police officers have asked him to resign.
Then the same Ian Blair is tape-recorded Lord Goldsmith the Attorney General.
The IPCC is investigating Ian Blair.
The IPCC itself is in turmoil with one board member resigned and another accused of harassment.
Ian Blair is investigating the government (re:peerage) Lord Goldsmith is a peer.
I am not a judge (only God is) neither do I glory in the discomfort of others, but it is clear in this confusion that satan or freemasons cannot save anyone. Only God can. Come to the winning side.

God says in Isaiah 54 verses 14-15: In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. Behold they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.

17.If any mason thinks he is powerful, he is joking. Even you Sir, the grandmaster, are very mortal like everybody. You are not sure you will make up tomorrow (except you have bribed God). Just remember Mr. Robin Cook, a decent man who committed no crime but died whilst walking. The graveyard is full of powerful men. I pray all of us submit ourselves to God now, before it is too late.

18. In all I have said, I do not speak out of holiness, for only God is Holy. As a gynaecology intern, I use to perform abortions, which though legal, makes me a murderer in God’s kingdom. But God has forgiven me. I am forgiven because of God’s Grace i.e. unmerited favour; that is freely available to all including you, Sir. The Bible says in John 1 verse 12: For as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. From the moment you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth Jesus as your saviour, you are covered by the blood of Jesus and receive amnesty no matter the previous sin record. Life is a race to get the medal that is heaven. Even when we stumble and fall, God’s mercy lifts us up and we strive ahead. Being a member of the freemasons or pyrates or other secret cults is like running backwards, direction away from the finishing line in the Olympics.

19. I am sending copies of this letter to notable persons and institutions all over the world including Interpol. If anything happens to me or to any members of my family (God forbid) in any form in anywhere on earth, Sir, you will be personally held responsible. But I know that my God will never allow it and that the freemasons and pyrates are dead organisations. I leave you with the following from Isaiah 59 verse 8: The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgement in their goings;: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. Please retrace your steps back to God.

Jesus has paid the price by dying in the stead of all Christians. No Christian is bondaged to your organisation or indeed satan anymore. They are free to leave, anyone who mentions that Name. If you play God and refuse the price of the blood of Jesus, then I can only say God bless you.

Dear Sir: R (Chief Superintendent) v Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje; 2:00 pm 08 Sepetmber 2006, at Magistrate Court 70 Horseferry Road, London SWIP 2AX

1. In accordance with the Criminal Procedure and Justice Act 1996, Human Rights Act 1998 and other relevant Acts of Parliament and Common Law: I wish to and hereby request you to produce to the accused (myself, Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje) the reasons for your unlawful and malicious prosecution entitled ‘Chief Superintendent’ whether of the airline industry, or ports or boy scouts or indeed freemasonry I do not know. I do know it is not of God.

2. Kindly explain why, contrary to the Human Rights Act 1998, it has taken your good selves since 15 February 2006 to institute this malicious prosecution. Perhaps the intention is for the ‘Chief Superintendent’ to have forgotten what happened so that the Crown Prosecution Service can concoct fictitious versions of events.

3. I have always legally protested against the murder of my brother Ejoke Ovadje by the satanic terrorist cult, the freemasons and by the Grace of God will continue to do so legally.

Ejoke Ovadje was a solicitor in Nigeria. He had earlier been invited to join the freemasons with a bait of winning cases before he gets to court, an offer he refused. His (Ejoke’s) crime was to run for public office on an anti-corruption platform against the corrupt interests of satanic and masonic elite that loot the oil funds whilst 250, 000 Nigerian children die of malnutrition and poverty related diseases every year and 75% of the population live on less than a dollar a day. This elite murdered at least 10,000 people to ‘win’ the last elections. Not surprisingly, Mr. Jack Straw then Foreign Secretary was the first to congratulate the murderous Nigerian Government. In return, other oil companies are discouraged from the Nigerian oil industry apart from Shell. It is obvious that comparatively, Mugabe is a saint.

4. . You may recall that on 23 April 2005, the freemasons in cooperation with the Metropolitan Police including Attorney General Lord Goldsmith and the Crown Prosecution Service, colluded with Ms. Draper, as to pervert justice including concocting a secret and fictitious ‘witnesses’ versions of events. I complained about the glaring corruption and commenced legal action against the Attorney General and the C.P.S.

It is no surprise that the Crown Prosecution Service started a campaign of terror against me including malicious, unlawful and corrupt prosecutions. I have already sent the evidence to you that:
(1) 48% of the lawyers in the lawyers racism (see: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/557543.stm).

5. Whereas I am black and have publicly expressed and will continue to express my anti-masonic views; it is no surprise therefore, that the C.P.S. now acts to pervert the law. This is nothing new. The Bible in Micah 7:3: That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischieveious desire: so they wrap it up. Goodluck in your endevours.

If the C.P.S. is really interested in malicious prosecutions, I would advise you of the most interesting one: on 19/04/06, I went to New Scotland Yard (direct from the Court Office at the Royal Court of Justice, Strand) to serve the Metropolitan Police with court papers for a suit I instituted against them. The police kidnapped me (knowingly & unlawfully arrested me) for trying to serve legal papers, imprisoned me in their van and drove to near Belgravia station. They stated ‘you are de-arrested, go home.’ Just like in communist China, I think this will make a very interesting malicious prosecution for the C.P.S.

6. At the end of the day, I believe the sole aim of these malicious prosecutions is fraud. Since I commenced legal proceedings against the Crown Prosecution Service and Attorney General, you have commenced all sorts of proceedings to distract me from the real case: that the Attorney General Lord Goldsmith and the Crown Prosecution Service colluded with Ms. Draper, as to pervert justice including concocting a secret and fictitious ‘witnesses’ versions of events

7. It is clear to me, that the Attorney General Lord Goldsmith and the Crown Prosecution Service of the U.K. sponsor terrorism. Any person that expresses a different opinion from your good selves or legally protests against ‘entrenched interests’ including freemasonry, you terrorise, even in malicious arrests and prosecutions. Is it any surprise that misguided young minds not grounded in the Word of God and who fear your unlawful harassments, in anger resort to terorism as the only solution?

8. When the push comes to shove, the Crown Prosecution Service is afraid of truth. How many of those Islamists who openly demonstrated calling for murder during the ‘cartoons of Prophet Mohammmed saga’ did the C.P.S. prosecute? Did you prosecute the star that was pictured sorting cocaine? Did you prosecute the police that executed Mr. DeMenezes? (he was executed: held down to his seat on the tube by an officer whilst another shot him at point-blank range; one shot he is dead, two shots he is more than dead, why the extra five shots, total seven, except malice: to obliterate Mr. DeMenezes from the earth?)

Perhaps the C.P.S. prefers to prey on the innocent but God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love and of a sound mind (Bible in 2 Timothy 1:7).

9. I believe God has allowed all this judicial fraud to happen so that everyman from the Clerk to the Director of Public Prosecutions and Attorney General, each and every person will have to choose the side to belong, whether for good (God) or evil (satan and freemasonry). The higher the level of cheating, the more the Intensity of the Light of God that will shine and overcome all darkness.

I intend to setup a website focused entirely on fraud in the criminal justice system in the U.K. so that the world can witness these unfortunate events and then see the Hand of God in action when God starts His Work. When all is said and done, even if all the fraud and cheatings in the world have been perpetrated, God’s Hand will be seen and then His Name and only His Name will be glorified. God decreed it in Nahum 3:17: Thy crowned are as locusts, and thy captains as the great grasshoppers, which camp in the hedges in the cold day, but when the sun ariseth they flee away, and their place is not known where they are.
