Judicial fraud: Crown Prosecution Service serve unsealed, unlabelled and unverified documents

Dear Sir: R (British Transport Police (on behalf of freemasons)) v Dr. J. A. T. Ovadje
1.In accordance with the Criminal Procedure and Justice Act 1996, Human Rights Act 1998, Criminal Procedure and Investigation Act and other relevant Acts of Parliament and Common Law, I hereby inform you that you refused to serve the accused Dr. Ovadje (myself) with the relevant documents despite my previous letter to your good selves. I believe this shows a disregard for the law that you are mandated and paid to enforce.
As a medical doctor I see it like a hospital consultant refusing to send a patient an appointment letter for his operation.
2. As a consequence of your failure to serve me with the documents, the hearing could not take place yesterday and was adjourned, obviously with financial implications for the tax payer. The judge then ordered that the CPS serve me with the documents.
3. The C.P.S. Prosecutor went out of the court room, and returned with some sheets of paper, brought a cassette out of an unsealed pouch and dropped them on the table for me. Unfortunate a she dropped the sheets of paper and cassette (purported documents) without identification, documentation, check, verification or security.
6. Accordingly, I hereby return your unsealed, unlabelled unverified and undocumented cassette to you. I have not and cannot listen to a purported audio document that may already have been ‘doctored’, has no reliability and is not legal.
7. But for postage costs, I would have returned the sheets of paper to you. I have not and cannot examine undocumented, unverified and unchecked papers that are not legal.
8. Accordingly, I have enclosed another copy of my previous letter to you: that you obey the law and serve me with the documents. It is your choice whether to obey the law or not, and whether to serve me in the in accordance with legal proceedures and in time for the next hearing or not. Remember the most crucial evidence the CCTV at Kings Cross station and CCTV at the recption of the police station. Without it, there can be no defence statement prepared.
9. During a hearing at a different court in another matter, the judge (under threat from the British version of the mafia, the freemasons) ordered a party to serve me with court papers right there in the court room and gave me ten minutes to read it and answer legal questions. A feat worthy of Idi-Amin’s Uganda. Yesterday, it was the turn of the C.P.S..
10. In my last letter, I enclosed the parliamentary report that showed 48% of the lawyers in the Crown Prosecution Service (that agreed to the survey) are freemasons. My own estimate is 90% (because God is alive, it can never be 100%, Alleluia). Is it any surprise or news that your institution is prosecuting me on behalf of the fremasons? 11. Please find attached, a report showing that the Crown Prosecution Service is rife with racism even against its own staff i.e. lawyers (some of whom are freemasons). Clearly if the CPS is institutionally racist and riddled with freemasonry; wheras I am black and a born-again Chritian with clearly anti-satanic/masonic views, is it any surprise or news that your institution is prosecutiing me on behalf of the freemasons in collussion with the police ? Is it news that the leopard has spots?
12. Whether the C.P.S. likes it or not, freemasonry is dead. God decreed it on the night they killed my brother. It is the biggest and the most powerful, just like the Titanic. And like the Titanic, freemasonry must sink.
13. The Bible says in I Thess 5:17: In everything give thanks: for this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. God has allowed all these judicial fraud and tribulations to happen for a reason: that the wiles of the devil and its principal agent freemasonry be exposed. The more the masonic fraud, the more the wiles that will be exposed.
It is now clear to everyone that murder, despotism and perversion of justice etc. are not restricted to third world countries as satan knows no physical boundaries, only spiritual boundaries. At the headquaarters of the judiciary in the U.K. (the Royal Court of Justice at the Strand) agents of the Attorney General (Superintendent of the C.P.S.) physically tried to stop me from suing the Atorney General. 14. When all is said and done, you will see the hand of God. The Rt. Hon. Charles Clarke left me a foreigner, (supposedly) prisoner to the freemasons. He left office because of foreign prisoners. I am not rejoicing at his travails but just illustrating to you, that whatever you do in the C.P.S., God is the final Arbiter.
I have filed a copy of this letter (and attached) with the court and sent copies to relevant international persons and bodies including Prince Edward, Grandmaster of the freemasons, the source of these satanic designs.
